Due to the large size of the print, we couldn't find matting that would work in the color we wanted, so my wife creatively made her own two-color matting, and we gave them to Justin. He forewarned us that due to the thin material, there might be wrinkles, but he said he'd try his best to eliminate them. He promised to deliver it to our home in Cathedral City at no extra charge. They did deliver the finished product and yes, there were wrinkles, but it's something we were expecting, and we can live with it. We thought the price was reasonable. Overall, the service was good and we would use them again, if not in a rush.

When I expressed concern about the quality, the individual said, well it's not that bad but I guess the customer is always right.
