We were saying we've never heard this group of girls so quiet. We may have to bring them there every weekend. There was a little confusion on the length of the party and what they were supposed to do. Making slime was part ogoing to be "thrown in", but the party ended and they never got to make it. The party ended after 2 hours instead of 3, but really that was long enough.

During the planning process, our coordinators maintained transparent communication with us and were extremely responsive to our ongoing questions, concerns, and changes. They helped organize with our other vendors (DJ, photographer, etc.), and provided meaningful advice and guidelines every step of the way - from selecting our menu to choosing venue décor and even providing advice as to how to word our invitations. On the day of our wedding, those same coordinators ensured that the event proceeded smoothly, monitoring the timeline, flow, and jumping in where needed. For example: when we arrived home from the ceremony, we were immediately met by Nikki's staff who had specifically prepared appetizers and drinks for the wedding party to enjoy (and to replenish!) before making our big introduction to the rest of the wedding guests. Many of our guests raved about the food being among the best they have had at a wedding. This is by far where Nikki Glekas Events stands head and shoulders above other event planners / caterers - her food is simply excellent. To successfully plate 100+ meals outside in Connecticut during October, to keep them HOT, and to maintain quality is no small feat. Nikki's team executed this with ease. I had the opportunity to speak with John on the phone a few times before the wedding, and he was very gracious as to allow us to make a last minute adjustment to the schedule a week before the event. Action Entertainment was set-up on time and ready to start well before the ceremony. Rob and Rob were our MC and DJ. Both Robs were amazing! Rob, the DJ, had called us earlier in the week to check up on some of the song recommendations we had put in, and he made sure to chat with us again before the ceremony started to make sure everything was as planned. There were a few moments we hadn't known to plan for music (due to our poor planning, not Action Entertainments) and when we asked Rob to surprise us, he absolutely delivered! He also took guest requests in stride and had everyone dancing the whole time (like honestly, it was hard to get people to sit and eat!). Rob, the MC, was also amazing! He was so personable and fun, he had everyone up on their feet! We immediately felt so comfortable chatting with Rob and he made sure that the party kept on going! I feel terrible because I did not catch the name of the person working the photobooth, but I can tell you he was wonderfully attentive and helpful. The guests had a great time at the photobooth and we are so grateful to have such fun souvenirs from the wedding! If you want a great party, Action Entertainment is the company to call! One of the owners actually raised her voice at my child because she thought he was taking a toy somewhere he wasn't supposed to. In reality, he was helping clean up a mess that wasn't even his. Imagine yelling at a child who's literally trying to help. Completely unacceptable behavior. The owners have zero warmth, no personality, and clearly no idea how to run a child-focused business. Safe to say we won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to any parent who cares about a respectful, clean, and safe space for their kids.

In the state of CT, I am not required to prove my disability or if my dog is a service animal by showing them my dog's registration. They secluded me to a space outside of the main play area where my daughter was playing (pictured). There are two other rooms plus another room where the party goes to for cake/food. I am not allowed there either due to my service dog having to be with me. Thank god my partner is with me because I wouldn't feel comfortable with my daughter being in places I can't see her, especially a place as discriminatory as this one. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AS A DISABLED PERSON.

I also had a minute when I thought I would have to postpone the party and though I did not, Gina Marie was very accommodating and said we could have postponed no problem.
