But I can't prove it because my medical records from the facility she worked at two years ago were falsified..and for the reason I know she did this to me on purpose because she's supposedly a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and has 12 years experience in skin care and laser treatments so why the H$ll did she use the settings of 2.6 mm needle depth under my eyelids, knowing it would have caused trama to my right eye..and now my face is damaged so bad that both sides of my face is still caved in..after my face was damaged I went to May's Plastic Surgery Center and explained to Dr May's in what she done to me & he infact knew her because he worked with her from the other facility before he opened up his own practice so here Iam a client of his , and find out he hired her to work for his practice..this is so Disrespectful on his part..I have been trying to restore my face for two years now where Ashely Hatfield severely DAMAGED my face , there's no way a medical licensed aesthetician with this many years of knowledge could damage a person's face..even other plastic surgeons has told me that this was PURE NEGLIGENCE ON ASHELY HATFIELD PART .. so now she works at Mays Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky ..Ashely Hatfield works in the Med Spa Department..so please becareful I wouldn't go back to this facility if I knew I could have free treatments..I have pictures of before & after treatment ..Thank you & God Bless!!

I later came back in 2018 for another lift and implant AND lip lift... he outdid himself. I wish someone had told me about a lip lift years ago! Filler would be a thing of the past.... Dr. Chatham was on the list, along with two other well known Louisville plastic surgeons. From my first meeting with Dr. Chatham, I knew he was the one. As someone who's had plastic surgery before (a "mommy makeover" back in 2010), I already had an idea of who I was looking for: someone who didn't promise miracles, who was direct and honest about what could be done, and who really seemed to have my best interests and health at heart. A tall order for a plastic surgeon! Also, Dr. Chatham ONLY does facial surgeries, which made me confident he had the experience and focus to do the work I wanted. I was curious about both an upper/lower blepharoplasty, as well as a full on facelift. During our first consultation, Dr. Chatham suggested that I wasn't ready for a facelift -- and I probably wouldn't get the result I was looking for at this point. I'm 51 years old, so imagine how suprised I was to hear that feedback! Dr. Chatham is obviously a very knowledgeable expert, but two things really stood out to me: 1) his tone was kind, comforting, and conversational, 2) he made ME the focus of the discussion, instead of talking up his own expertise. Not only did Dr. Chatham answer all my questions, but he gave me his personal contact information so I could reach out whenever I had another one. He promptly answered all my follow up questions (and I had a LOT) and I felt completely confident in his information. The fact that he was also less expensive -- he does surgeries in New Albany, IN -- was a big bonus, but I would not have chosen him just based on money, obviously. The surgery was scheduled and Dr. Chatham and everyone on his staff (especially Janet!) was attentive and thorought. The procedure at Baptist hospital went super smoothly, and the hospital staff could not have been more supportive, kind, and attentive. Dr. Chatham himself reached out several times during my initial recovery and continues to make himself available even as I'm about a month out. And the results? So far, spectacular and exactly what I was hoping for. My husband tells me every day that I still look like myself, just refreshed and renews -- as if I had the best nap of my life. THAT'S what I was hoping for! I could not have asked for a better experience and I'd highly recommend Dr. Chatham and his office for any facial procedure you're interested in.

I was referred to Dr Chatham. Dr Chatham was so easy to talk with and he worked with me to have time off for the surgery. He was very conscientious about making sure I had minimal bruising and he talked with me about recovery time. I was very pleased with the results. Since then, I have seen Dr Chatham for what I call my yearly 'tune-up'. I only have some facial injections and tweaks with no downtime from work. This expiration policy was never stated anywhere on the gift certificate. There is no expiration date listed and nothing indicating it would become invalid. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.

He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.
