I was blown away coming here for my first ever all you can eat sushi experience. It costs about $30 a person before the drink, so it's a little expensive. But I think the value is there if you bring an appetite! The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed and encouraged to try things and ask about foods. The food was amazing! I'd recommend the hibachi shrimp and steak. It was so good! The sushi also was very good. I liked some options more than others but it was super fun to try all the new stuff. I'd recommend going with a group. That way you can try more things without having to commit to entire servings if you aren't sure you like something. I'd give this place a solid 9/10 Not much they could improve on, but maybe a system where you can try a sampler of all the rolls your first time. I would've liked to try more rolls without having to make the chefs prepare entire rolls every time for me try them. I will certainly come back! read more

Absolutely not. I genuinely do not understand how this place has a 4+ star rating. I came here about two years ago with my parents for lunch and was extremely disappointed. We left saying we would never come back. Later, my parents tried the dinner service and said it was better, so we decided to give it another chance today. Unfortunately, the experience was almost an exact repeat of what I remembered. The fried rice was bland and lacked seasoning. The udon was overwhelmingly salty. The sushi rolls and nigiri were packed with rice to the point that they felt more like rice than sushi. It simply wasn't worth the calories. Even the salad was disappointing, consisting of a small portion of greens drowning in dressing. We honestly didn't order that much, yet we still couldn't finish everything because of the excessive amount of rice in nearly every roll and nigiri. Given the quality and portion balance, the meal was nowhere near worth what we paid. To top it all off, the waitress informed us that we would be charged for leaving rice on our plates. That was the final straw. If the food had been enjoyable, that might be one thing, but charging customers for uneaten rice after serving dishes overloaded with it is absurd. Absolutely blown away by the service and the food quality. These waiters and waitresses move fast. We went for the all you can eat lunch for $19. This includes appetizers, hand rolls, sushi rolls, nigiri, and desserts. You have a two hour time limit and you WILL be charged for uneaten sushi -- this is an effort to minimize waste which I really appreciate! The quality of the fish is definitely up there. My step mom, brother, husband and I went here for dinner together and a great time was had by all parties! I really wish they'd open a place like this close to my home, because it'd be a HUGE hit! I've never been to an "AYCE" sushi and hibachi place before, but now that I have, I'm SOLD on the idea! Order whatever you want as many times as you want. If you want to try something, you get a much smaller serving of it, so there's no wasting of food! Find something you REALLY like? Get one or two more! Us "heathens" ate sushi and the true Japanese offerings and were beyond delighted with the food...several sushi rolls, gyoza dumplings, golden buns, tempura shrimp, just to name a few dishes we delighted in enjoying. My husband got cheese wontons, hibachi fried rice and hibachi chicken, then hibachi steak. He also ate my gyoza dumplings. We had their fabulous house clear soup and it was equal in taste and quality to the clear soup at our favorite place in Florida we frequent! The sushi was fantastic, the hibachi was fresh and tender and fabulous as well. Dessert was fried Oreos, green tea ice cream and I had the red bean sesame balls, which were deeeeee-licious! If you're out that way, want to eat some sushi, or even hibachi and can't make up your mind what you'd like...do yourself a favor and visit Mizuki's. You just can't go wrong! This was a great experience. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and bright compared to most dark Asian restaurants. I am not the biggest Asian food fan, but this was great. They have so much variety to choose from. The dinner is $29.95 and you basically get to choose whatever you want off the menu for as many times as you like for two hours or until you're full. I had a house salad, hibachi chicken, steak, vegetables, brown rice, wontons, and a tempura roll. I could not eat another bite! Some friends had some hot wasabi that apparently was very good. Mizuki Sushi is an excellent A.Y.C.E. option in Little Rock. The restaurant is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere, with lighting that's perfectly dim and relaxing. The overall aesthetic is beautiful--it feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle of the road outside. The menu offers a wide selection, and nearly every dish is satisfying. The fish is fresh and flavorful--about what you'd expect from a good A.Y.C.E. spot. The rolls are creatively presented and pop with flavor. House specialty rolls come with 8 pieces, while the tempura rolls come with 10. My favorite was the Dragon Roll--it was incredibly refreshing with the cucumber and avocado + unagi and imitation crab. The nigiri could use some improvement--the fish-to-rice ratio was off with way too much rice. It's understandable at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, where portions are designed to fill you up. Overall, the fish itself tasted solid, yellowtail being one of my standouts. I'd love to come back and try more rolls, appetizers, or even taste the udon and hibachi entrées. The service was fast--each order took about 8 to 10 minutes--and my waiter was attentive, checking in regularly to see if I wanted to order more. Hidden Gem in Little Rock! We were recently in Little Rock visiting friends and family and were honestly blown away by this place. As Los Angeles natives, we've been spoiled by the sushi scene back home--but this restaurant seriously held its own. We opted for the buffet and were impressed by both the quality and speed. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, the specialty fried rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the side dishes (hello, were spot on. Every dish came out quickly, and the wait staff were so attentive and friendly--constantly checking in without being overbearing. We reordered several times (because how could we not?) and everything came out just as fresh and delicious as the first round. If you're a sushi lover and anywhere near Little Rock, do yourself a favor and go. It's easily one of the best sushi experiences we've had outside of California! We went there today and I think the food was pretty good. The service was great and the waitress we had was very friendly. The inside of the restaurant was modern and pretty clean. I would definitely go back again and recommend it. They have two options there when eating, you could choose to do the "all you can eat" option or do "a la carte" which is just getting charged for each individual item on the menu. For the all you can eat option, it's 28.95 per person but you can mostly all that you want. There are some limitations where they can charge you more but they also explain that before you eat. A great AYCE sushi addition to LR! I would recommend the appetizer tuna & jalapeño yellow fish. Both were very fresh and delicious. I decided against sashimi and just got nigiri. I found their salmon nigiri to be okay but really enjoyed the tuna and yellow fish. Their rolls were okay overall. Our server was attentive but very busy because of how busy the restaurant was overall. I really like the bright feel of the restaurant and think they make a good use of the space with all tables on the parameter and sushi making in the center. read more

Love this place! All you can eat but it's not buffet style so everything is much fresher and better quality. You can also order per plate if you don't want all you can eat. $18.95 per person for lunch and $28.95 per person for dinner. BUT their lunch hours extend to friday and Saturday not just weekdays. They have limits for how much you can order "per round" - usually 10 nigiri pieces per person per round and 3 sushi rolls per person per round. They also have fried rice, noodles, appetizers, dessert, and hibachi meat that are all you can eat as well. For kids, they have chicken nuggets, fries, and popcorn chicken. Went there for lunch and did the all you can eat. The place was very clean and inviting. And our waitress was very nice and helpful. I started with the shrimp tempura, the house salad and spicy crab roll. The house salad and sushi came out first as they warn you. The house salad is lettuce and a ginger dressing and was very fresh and crisp. The crab sushi was excellent the shrimp tempura was smaller than any I have seen before and the batter was mote like regular fried shrimp than the tempura at most places. It was a good fried shrimp but disappointing for a tempura shrimp. I did see another table order tempura veggies and it looked like the tempura I am used to Sam had volcano roll and tuna nigiri for his first round. He loved the volcano roll and thought I'd like it. And the tuna nigiri was nice and fresh. For my second round I ordered the volcano roll and it was one of the best I have had. And the chicken yakitori which was disappointing. Very small amount over peppered overcooked and the sauce too salty. Sam had salmon and shrimp nigiri which he pronounced excellent. We had the Oreo tempura with ice cream for dessert. It was more like a fair food than a tempura. The Oreo didn't hold up and was crumbly inside. If you are in the mood for sushi than you will find fresh and I was pleased. And the salad I had good. And so I understand the people who loved it. The things I had from the hibachi side except the salad were disappointing . I will go back and try other items like chicken or steal hibachi and fried rice etc. But if I am in mood for mostly sushi. If I am in the mood for a good hibachi samurai is preferable. I actually like the smaller portions of food for the AYCE option, because the food comes out faster, and you can try more food! Most of the stuff was really good. The hibachi steak was a disappointment. Not very good cut of meat, and I heard someone behind me say the same thing. Also, the chicken yakitori was not good at all. With the place being new, their boba machine wasn't working so I'm hoping by the next time I visit, I'll be able to try some. Their sushi is really good and yakisoba as well. I would skip their hibachi stuff next time. In sushi, manhattan roll was by far the superior favorite of the table. Next time I go, that's all I'm getting.
