Not too sure how this place is so highly rated on here and on Google. Apparently some customers get called back. Called this place Friday morning. Immediately got sent to a voicemail mailbox that doesn't have any room to leave a message, then immediately got a text message requesting that I text. So I did. I texted the repair that I wanted done, you know to get a price, and set an appointment. 12 hours later, still no response from the shop owner or employee or whoever is running this joke of a shop. If you're not prioritizing your customers and you're not actively seeking to repair somebody's equipment, you shouldn't be in business. And I definitely would not trust the work here, seeing how they can't respond to a simple text message.
