Saw all the good reviews about this place, so I wanted to give them my business, because spending…read morethousands of dollars in repairs on a rig to the wrong shop can be even more costly. Not too sure how this place is so highly rated on here and on Google. Apparently some customers get called back. Called this place Friday morning. Immediately got sent to a voicemail mailbox that doesn't have any room to leave a message, then immediately got a text message requesting that I text. So I did. I texted the repair that I wanted done, you know to get a price, and set an appointment. 12 hours later, still no response from the shop owner or employee or whoever is running this joke of a shop. If you're not prioritizing your customers and you're not actively seeking to repair somebody's equipment, you shouldn't be in business. And I definitely would not trust the work here, seeing how they can't respond to a simple text message. If you can't do something so simple as respond to a text, whether it be a couple hours later or almost 12 hours later, then you definitely can't be trusted to handle a costly repair. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. These folks are awesome! Great people & do great repairs. Transparent, direct, informative,…read moreknowledgeable, & reasonable. I needed 2 airbags on truck & 4 sets of brakes on trailer. Quick as possible. Advise, if work needed, check here. Especially for trailers (their specialty, but great with both). Waiting area was nice, simple, & clean, with restroom, TV, 2 love seats & 2 chairs, a sink, microwave, fridge, climate controlled, & coffee maker. Everyone was cool. Mrs. Dana (shop manager) is a respectable Lady.

They definitely want to take your money and overpromise, with zero follow-through. Matt, their…read morefinance manager, promised an upgrade and delivery if we went with them instead of someone closer. We chose them because they had a trailer that met most of what we needed. We closed and funding was completed on 6/11/26, with a promise of delivery to Colorado. As of today, it still hasn't arrived--and now our bank and the broker's hands are tied because funding has already been completed. To make it worse, delivery was never worded into the contract at all. Everything has been verbal promises and shifting stories. Here's how the "delivery" has gone: The first delivery date wasn't even provided until 6/20/26, which was already outside their stated/interference window (their "intercedance dates"). We were then told the first driver would deliver after 6/23/26. That driver supposedly broke down, but we weren't notified for a full week. We only found out on 6/30/26--and we heard it from the driver, not the dealer--after the trailer was already supposed to be here. Then we were told, "We'll have it to you this weekend," but we were given no details. When we tried to confirm on 7/3/26, we were told the holiday would delay it. After that, we received nothing proactive. They offered to cover the first payment, but that doesn't solve the actual problem: we still don't have the trailer we bought and paid for. On 7/6, we offered a simple solution: my dad could pick it up and they could pay him the delivery fee. They initially agreed, then backtracked with "we can get it cheaper." We made it clear that "cheaper" doesn't mean anything if it isn't reliable--and at this point, we just need the trailer delivered that we've already paid for since 6/11/26. They then assigned another driver, who said they could leave on 7/10/26. That changed to 7/13/26, and now it has changed again. The original sales rep reached out multiple times trying to get updates, then left the company--and was reportedly yelled at multiple times just for pushing for answers. On top of all of this, they still have the exact trailer they sold us listed as "Rent to Own" on two different sites. Now not only are we on the line for 26k debt for an asset we dont have but, we have had to cancel multiple events due to not having it yet. Steer clear at all costs. See less
