Most likely the bushes will never recover. In the event they do, it will take years of growth to cover the gaping holes. Not only was it a mistake to jump so far over the property line (15' - 25') it is clear from the results of their work they had no idea what they were doing. Viewed from the street it is a real eye sore. To add insult to injury, they didn't even cleanup the clippings.

He was able to take my ideas and envision how to make them happen. He understands how to make something stylish and modern, not just get the job done. They were able to start work quickly and had the whole yard fixed within a few weeks. His Dad and the rest of the workers did a very professional job on all of the stone work. Everything looks beautiful and long lasting. Rene checked in with us several times throughout the project to make sure that we were happy with work. They even redid some of the stonework when it wasn't quite what I was looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt our money was well spent. Their estimate was more expensive than some of the others I received, however Rene worked with us to stay near our budget. It also did not change after the project started. We paid exactly what we agreed upon in the beginning. I honestly feel like it was well worth it because the other companies I contacted didn't seem to understand exactly what I wanted and they also gave vague estimates (some without actually measuring). With LRA landscaping, I knew exactly what we were going to pay and the quality of their work is outstanding. I'm so thankful we went with their company. The initial work was great but it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with Renee due to extremely slow responses or completely neglecting to respond. They did such a good job initially even though the communication was bad I figured I would hire them for regular service. They were charging me a $270.00 a service to come out and mow a tiny back yard and do weed pulling. I found out later that tree, hedge, and garden bed maintenance was not part of the service and that was all additional. I paid them to do more work and again just completely fell short. Now the quality is also getting bad and they keep asking for more money even when some of their last projects here are not working (a gate). Also I have requested numerous times for the em to stop filling up my yard waste bin with their other clients yard waste. The city won't pick it up because it's too heavy and Renee week after week continues to tell me it will get emptied and never does.

Many times they'd come, mow and blow in about 10 minutes and leave (even though it was a large property). Sent them emails, left voicemails, sent letters, even wrote on the payment checks that we wanted them to stop coming because we were not happy with the service they were providing. They STILL kept coming and we had to tell them to leave. Kept sending bills even though we've already paid; emailed to try to resolve the issue and show proof of payment but no response at all. Find another landscaper to work with, this is not the one.

When they came to give me an estimate all I said is trim the two holly trees, then make the yard pretty. When I got home, I couldn't believe my eyes. My yard is so gorgeous, thanks to Doan's. Every inch of my yard has been manicured. It makes me so happy! I will definitely have them back.
