We wanted the blues and the greens in our photo we submitted to "pop" and brighten up our artwork. The young lady there at the counter assured us that they would be as we asked. What showed up were two ROLLS of stickers not the flat/cut stickers and the stickers were exactly like the proof. I paid $500 for 1000 stickers. I waited to open the box with Joe as this is a major step in our business. We opened the box and were completely dismayed. There were NO blues and NO greens we were promised. We went in today to complain. The same young lady actually admitted she misled us. Stated they were exactly like the proof we signed however the VERBAL promises made were not honored. The quality is crap. This is$500 worth of useless garbage. We can't use these to represent our business!!! They refused to stand behind their promises made by employees and refused to refund. We walked out and left the useless crap on the counter. Lesson learned. Went 1/2 mile up the road to Impressive Printing and are getting exactly what we want not empty promises.

Every time I called I was told 'oh, we will have information and call you next week' and I was NEVER called back - all contact was initiated by ME. In December (3 weeks before Christmas) I was texted that embroidery was not possible, and they would try sublimated. Later (when *I* called to follow up), I was texted that they would try sublimation tomorrow, and the following day I was texted that it was not possible either. I took my project to a competitor that day and it was completed by the end of the week. Zelma's seems to be VERY busy and they are very friendly, but it seems that since I was not a regular or had a big project, my little project would just have to wait until they were caught up, which seems unlikely to ever happen.

The employee -- who I was told is the one who provides pricing on this type of service -- met me in front, inspected my car, and stated it would be $300 and that I would simply need to wash the car before dropping it off. When I returned about 6 weeks later to schedule (I was waking on a backordered windshield replacement), the office manager stated that the other employee was on a phone call and that she would send me an email (I explained fully my previous visit.) Curiously, it was now $400. When I asked for an explanation of the price increase, she stated (over emails) that the other employee had merely provided an estimate. However, he had never stated that it was a ballpark estimate. I question their honesty and integrity after this exchange. I won't ever do business there.
