Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

The urgency was that the person was leaving the country on Saturday. I called several process servers in both cities and had difficulty getting a response. Though I worked with a very responsive server in the city for Friday and I paid him (as it was getting late, 5p, on Thursday and I wasn't getting any calls back about serving the party on Thursday... Even the butte county sheriff's office neglected for an entire two weeks to call me back) eventually Amber from AW Legal services called me back. I was frustrated that I had lost the money (due to the lack of responsiveness from several places in Chico) from paying the other processor for the Friday job. However once Amber called, we discussed the entire process, the identification information, and her pricing. I had a fee waiver for the county, but you can't use it if they never call you back so I was happy to find that Amber's pricing is extremely reasonable!!! I made the payment and I advised the Friday process server (in the Friday city), right away, that I might be able to get it done that evening (with AW Legal) but the chances were slim. He told me to let him know if I got it done. Shocked as all get out, Amber, with only basic address info (wasn't 100% sure about the way the apartment # was written) managed to serve the party within two hours. But here's the icing on the cake... My paralegal had multiple misscommunications with myself & Amber in regards to getting the original paperwork from Amber so that it could be delivered to the court. Eventually, I had to cut out the middle man and (2 weeks after service) ask Amber to please send it directly to me. She paid out of her pocket to overnight it to me. This act alone deserves five stars! I was extremely thankful. Amber will send you simple smile emojis, one word answers, and she's not very verbose in her texts (Lol) but she gets to the point, will get the job done, quickly, and correctly. And she is the type that will stick with you until it is done! I couldn't have been happier with her kindness, her commitment to completing the job, her relaxed nature (at a time that is stressful to her clients), and her professionalism.

Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

I work from home and my two sons are enrolled in college FT. For a $500 installation fee, Shasta Beam promised a full refund (anytime during the first month of service) and a monthly service fee of $140. The receptionist touted unlimited bandwidth and speeds of 20-50 Mbps. And, although we never saw the promised land of 20 Mbps, we were delighted with 7 Mbps. However, after we passed our "introductory period" speeds rapidly declined to Un-usable and Un-Zoomable levels of 1- 0 Mbps.. I called Customer Support. They sent out a technician. Then another technician. And a third technician. Service would sometimes improve for a week. Sometimes it was made worse. Eventually the owner called and screamed into the phone, "WE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE YOU WITH SERVICE!" (This preceded their 2021 decision to limit customers to 2 service calls per year.) Held hostage, with no other provider, we remained with Shasta Beam until April, 2021. Their business model is both unethical and immoral. And thanks to Elon Musk, Shasta Beam is not long for this world. We are now with Starlink, baby! (50-200 Mbps Down, 22 Mbps Up) $100/ mo.
