Yeah, prices have definitely gone up over the years, but honestly that's everywhere nowadays. They usually have coupons going around too, and that little discount always helps. The staff has always treated me good and they get you in and out pretty quick. One thing I respected was there was a time after an oil change my truck had a small oil leak. I brought it back, and instead of giving me the runaround they took responsibility, fixed the issue, topped off the oil, and got me handled. That alone earned my respect because mistakes can happen anywhere, it's how people handle them that matters. Also, if you're not into all the upselling stuff, you can straight up tell them and they respect it. That's something I appreciate. After the work had already finished, the owner told me it was a cash-only shop. He couldn't even put my spare tire back in the trunk, he left it in the floor for me to put away. I also asked if they could install and program four TPMS sensors that I had already purchased. I did my research beforehand and bought the correct OEM Denso sensors. He told me they would only install TPMS sensors if they were purchased through their shop. He said he could physically install mine but refused to program them, even though he had the equipment to do so. When I told him they were OEM Denso sensors, he incorrectly claimed they were AutoZone sensors. Instead, he tried to sell me his own sensors for $400. It felt like he was refusing to program my sensors simply to force me into buying his. Based on that experience, I won't be coming back. This was some of the worst customer service I've received. NEVER I mean EVER go there…read more Let's talk CUSTOMER SERVICE : I arrived and as soon as I got there there was the "Manager" sitting down first thing I said was Hello as any walk in client would say and he responded back in a horrible mood. Then walked in I believe one of the mechanics or lead mechanics and he attended me. And told me to please wait in the waiting area which by the way there was two other people who mentioned they were there since 8am mind you I got there at 11 pm. Service Experience: I waited very long there was other people who were frustrated as well. My mom then noticed that they lifted my car mind you I came in for a Wheel change since I kept getting a flat ! So I thought maybe they know what they're doing since they're the experts (very naive of me ) . Finally they say my car is ready and As I'm driving I notice there's a scratch on my rear view mirror I call the place to let them know and the "Manager" answers when he realizes what the situation is about he puts me on hold then the call just drops . I call back and he answers very upset and defensive and his response is " OK MAM ! I spoke to the mechanic and he says he never lifted your vehicle and there's no way he could have scratched it . I tell Him well you guys have cameras and he says " WE DONT HAVE CAMERAS" so it's your word against the mechanics so I proceed to tell him I'd report it to Enterprise which is who sent me there and he said " Go ahead you can tell them but if they call and ask I'll just deny it " . Never have I experienced such a shitty customer service experience let alone damage to my car with a company like this !!!!! I am very unsatisfied and more than anything in disbelief that a person like this can get a Manger position !! Bro professional AT ALL !!!!
