Beware !!!! I took my car for an oil change. They checked all the liquids too and supposedly it was ok. Then 13 days after I was driving late on freeway the car started getting hot. I was trying to move aside of the freeway the radiator blew. I called AAA to come and tow my car back home. The next day took it to a mechanic and I was advised that my radiator didn't have any antifreeze it was dry even the side one. There was nothing in It. They said they checked it. But they didn't obviously. My car suffer several damages radiator and the most expensive is Head gaskets. I took all my cars there for service. I had my car for six months and this happened. They lost a loyal customer. But now I'm stock with all the expenses because they don't want to take responsibility of it If they would top all my liquids I wouldn't be with out a car. Please pay attention what they do to your car. Dont be like me leave it to them. Don't trust them !!! read more

I've been a loyal Valvoline customer for years and often recommended them for their customer service, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. About a month ago, I went in for an oil change and was also charged $99 for a steering fluid service that was never completed. They later called to admit they had "forgotten" to do it, which was frustrating given the high bill. To make matters worse, when my mechanic checked my car shortly after, the oil was already very low even though I don't drive much. This is my go to near home for oil changes. I have never really had to wait just drive right in! The guys are very helpful and I formative but NOT pushy. They're honest with what's really needed and I really appreciate that. They also answered other questions we had or when we asked for suggestion on car related things (not just oil services) Pretty inexpensive and they always have coupons online. The guy who helped us today even asked us to sign up with our number for an additional discount, which was also applied to our service. ( yay! If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I came in for what should have been a simple, routine oil change; something quick, basic, and low-risk. Instead, I walked out with a major mechanical issue that I am now stuck dealing with, both financially and emotionally. During my visit, I was upsold a transmission flush. I trusted their recommendation, assuming they were professionals and knew what they were doing. I had no reason to question it at the time. My vehicle did NOT have any issues with reverse before this service. None. Immediately after the service, my car started having serious problems. My reverse gear became extremely weak. The car struggles to move, requires high RPMs just to back up, and clearly began slipping. This was not a coincidence; it happened right after their service.I brought the issue to their attention, and instead of taking accountability or even showing genuine concern, I was met with deflection. They redid the flush, which did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. From there, it became a constant back-and-forth and pushing responsibility onto me. They told me to get a diagnostic from a mechanic. I did my part. I followed their process. And still--nothing. No resolution. No accountability. No help. Instead, they continued to lean on the narrative that the issue was "pre-existing," even though my vehicle had zero reverse problems before stepping into their shop. It's incredibly frustrating to be put in a position where something clearly went wrong immediately after a service, but they hide behind technicalities to avoid taking responsibility. They keep blaming their system their computers, blah blah blah Their system is the one that lets the employees know based on the car the type of service and upsells they can share with the customer. What made the experience even worse was dealing with the supervisor, Hugo. Rather than stepping in to resolve the issue, provide support, or even show understanding, the situation felt minimized and dismissed. At no point did I feel like they were actually advocating for me as a customer. It felt like I was being managed, not helped. This entire situation has caused me unnecessary stress, time, and financial burden. I trusted them with my vehicle, and I regret that decision completely. Let me be very clear for anyone reading this: If you value your car, think twice before agreeing to any additional services here; especially something as invasive as a transmission flush. What starts as a simple visit can turn into a costly nightmare, and when it does, don't expect them to stand behind their work. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. I was patient. I followed their instructions. I gave them time. And in the end, they chose to take no responsibility. 3k later.... Yes out of MY POCKET to fix the transmission; an issue, Valvoline cost. My sister and I went here to get an oil change for her 2012 Mercedes. We had seen this location on Groupon and decided to give it a try. We purchased the fully synthetic Groupon for 65.99 it does mention in parentheses if your car takes European oil there will be an additional fee. We ultimately spent 100 to 110 I want to say?? we pull up seems like a pretty busy location. All the stalls were filled. We waited for about 5-10 minutes before they placed us in a stall so they could start working on the vehicle. I was surprised because that wasn't bad at all. They take basic information and start checking everything on your car. From the fluids, tire rotation, wiper blade health, lights, filters ect. The best part of this experience is your comfortably sitting in the vehicle while all this is going on. So whether you're sitting here charging your phone. Listening to music it's all from the comfort of your vehicle. The staff was really nice. I have no complaints. We had a little trouble resetting the sensors, but they figured it out. We also received a message that the coolant was low so they topped us off for free. Overall, I would recommend this location. Everything was great and hassle free. read more

Took my car a month ago for an oil change. Recently I noticed a burnt smell coming out from under my car and was leaking A LOT of oil. I went back, I was told by the Manny the "manager" that everything was fine, that he checked the oil level and it was fine. HE WAS LYING RIGHT ON MY FACE. He didn't check it right, I called him out on it and asked him to check again. My oil was almost empty. He said they were going to check the car. Came back and said the oil was leaking because they had to reuse the old parts. Then he tried to blame me for them not having the right parts and plugs to do the oil change, he said I was supposed to bring them with me when I came for the service. I asked for my money back. He left to see "what he can do" and came back saying they "found the parts in their storage". I said I can't trust you and I'm taking my car to the dealer. HE WAS ADAMANT, I don't need to do that. That made me more suspicious. He refused to give me my money back. I had a 9:00 A.M appointment and got here an about 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, did not get helped until 9:15 A.M. The store manager at the front was super helpful and answered all the questions that I had. My only issue was that they gave me a time when it'll be ready and that was 11:30 A.M. As I was waiting I was talking to a gentlemen that's been here since 8:00 A.M and his car was supposed to be ready at 10:30 A.M; it's now 12:30 P.M and he's barely getting his car. That's 4 hours and 30 minutes of waiting for his car. Fortunately, I kept an eye on my car and they didn't start working on it until 11:30 A.M. Some communication would have been nice. (I had a dentist appointment at 12:30 P.M; missed it by the way because of this). My car ended up being ready at 12:57 P.M Unfortunately, since I got the lifetime alignment I'll be stuck coming here and waiting. But, next time I'll have someone drop me off and pick up once it's ready. But hey, my car got it's alignment and tires balanced! Was told its first come first serve to change lanes with another car then they proceeded to assist the bmw suv who came after me who was in another lane while I was still waiting to be assisted. Then to clear out the mileage the rep I think supervisor used same dirty gloves and made these air bubbles by rubbing too hard roughly with their dirty abrasive gloves very upsetting instead of asking me to do it myself I guess because it's easier for them to just do it. I touch those buttons and never seen that until after he stepped out of the car it is noticeable and ugly and will probably peel now. Very very upset! read more
