The man took a look at it, said he had to think about it, and that he'd call me. He left me a message the next day (sounding very pleased). Sure enough, he fixed the glove. One second it was our faults for making the purchase too quickly and purchasing faulty items as if it wasn't his products. When we told him we spent 3 hours in the store, he then said it was our faults we took too long. Charged me more than a grand and a half and when I asked how much I could sell the ring that he couldn't fix, he had the audacity to tell me $50 because "it was cheap." Essentially, his gold is cheap and he says it himself. Extremely rude and no barakah in his gold. Regret spending that money and will never go back there.
