I took my new (to me) Hoyt Vixen to them to have the draw length adjusted, install a new sight, adjust the peep sight, and have arrows cut for me. I'm new to the sport and I know that was obvious but they were patient with me as they helped me get the bow set up correctly. There are plenty of sporting goods stores in Lexington that sell archery equipment but I think R&R is worth the trip to Georgetown for the level of service and selection they offer.

Field and Stream is a largest Hoyt dealer in KY and has a huge selection of everything. If you cannot tell, but i do not recommend R&R Archery. There are better places with cheaper prices and better service to spend you hard earned cash. Dicks in Hamburg and Fayette Mall, Sportsman Warehouse, and Field and Stream are all cheaper and have qualified bow techs with a return policy. Field and Stream is the largest Hoyt dealer in KY with an extensive selection of products to choose from.

I purchased a primer loader from "shooters connection" and when it arrived, the interior of the box…read morewas torn and the electric cord showed obvious signs that it had been used and sloppy stuffed back into an interior box. I placed the items back in the box and called the store and spoke with "Chuck" whom, apparently is the owner. I explained the situation and asked for a "returned item" stamp and was advised that his store doesn't pay for postage and it was my responsibility. Also, he stated that, even though I explained about the obvious signs that the product had been previously used, he would still charge me a restocking fee. Between postage and restocking fee, I lost around $35 on this purchase. Shame on you Chuck. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!

Received a quote to buy our RV for around 40k. After their inspection received a quote for 20k…read more They claimed they found many things in the inspection that weren't actually broke or defective. They were however correct on several others that need attention. It's a used camper not brand new as their inspection process seems to imply. There is certainly not 20k difference in the items that need addressed. Wasted my time and my fuel to get there and back twice. I don't buy a used car expecting it to look brand new.

i am traveling through the area today. i have a problem with a window on my camper. i went to…read morecamping world in georgetown kentucky. i was there at 9am when they opened. i just wanted them to take a look at it and see if they could fix it. they said no way and they were booked for weeks. i then went up the to Blue Compass just up the road. they were willing to look at it. the tech worked on it for 20 mins before he said he could not fix it today. at least they took a few minutes to look at it and charged me nothing. i give props to blue compass. camping world left me wondering why i even do business with them.
