Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! Lastly, Grace made us amazing desserts and the most beautiful wedding cake ever!!! Everyone at Cupkeyk Events was fantastic and so sweet to work with. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. Viona came out and gave us a card to compensate for the pictures that did not come out of the booth. We appreciated that took the card and continue to try and take more pictures... SHE CAME BACK OUT LITERALLY TWO MINUTES LATER, GAZING AT US WITH HATRED IN HER EYES AS WE STOOD AND WAITED FOR OTHERS TO FINISH WITH THE BOOTH THAT WE WANTED TO GO IN SHE LOOKED AT US AND SAID " we are closing soon. You guys need to use that and take some pictures elsewhere" "we said I'm sorry, but we're waiting for our pictures to come out of this booth.." To me, what set Handsome Photobooth apart from other vendors was their props. I was looking for a photobooth that was similar to a Korean photobooth vibe and didn't look corny. The props Handsome photobooth provides were perfect for the aesthetic I was looking for - they are more modern than your typical photobooth, a good mix of wedding themed props, cute Korean style photobooth props and funny/meme-y props (my favorite was the open-mouthed pikachu photo)! The photo quality was also insanely good - much higher quality than all the other photobooths I've done in the past. We all look so good in the photobooth pictures! I asked Leo if he could print duplicates of every photo so I could keep a copy and he happily did so and also provided a Google Photos link to all the digital photos with + without the template right after the wedding which made it easy for us and guests to save everything. I chose a more minimal look for my template & background which was perfect for what I wanted, but he has a wide selection of backdrops and template designs to choose from! He also let me make minor adjustments to the font size of the template I chose which I appreciated. As for logistics, Leo was always very responsive over email and on the day-of the wedding he arrived on time and operated with no issues. We had the booth for 6 hours and the cost was reasonable for what I found for the Bay Area.
