Very nice people! Got a gel pedicure and a dip with tips. Make sure to have a pic of what you want! They had to deal with a very nasty customer who admitted she told them the wrong shape. They handled it well.

I didn't know the previous owners sold their business and was looking for them when I walked in. Decided to give the new people a try but will never come back after this. The initial pedicure and massage was good but the nail polish is horrible. This used to be my favorite place. Time to find another location.

I visited this location for the first time today. This place gets five stars because they let me bring my dog in and sit on my lap. You would probably get four stars anyway because they did a great job on my pedicure. This is not as complicated as some of the locations I have been to which offer several different varieties of pedicure design to extract even more money from you. Can get the regular or the deluxe. That's it. In the menu it says the deluxe involves getting your nails trimmed and several other services which I was pretty sure it was exactly what a regular pedicure is. In Reality, if you don't get the deluxe I'm not sure what they would actually be doing for you besides maybe painting your toenails. Lately the salons I have been going to offer you a water or a soda or a lot of them even offer you a glass of wine. This is not that kind of place. The pedicure chairs are a little bit older and pretty well used but still certainly serviceable. They have like a 55 inch TV on the wall right in front of the pedicure chairs. It was pretty slow while I was there and it does seem to be a family running the place. The lady that took care me was probably the mom. She was probably in her 50s and she did a careful job. They tried to hit me up for a manicure afterwards but I was in a hurry and I rarely get manicures anyway. Pedicure took a little over an hour.

Tina is great. I'm always please with my nails. The salon looks nice; they have renovated the place. Great customer service every time.

Messy crooked nail with bald spots on my nail

I was super excited to have my first Dip nail experience! I had had tips and gel and this was the latest thing I hear! Lots of friends get it done. I was soon not so excited. The tech sanded off my gel polish with that power drill/dental tool they use. That was ok. And then I was ready for the manicure part. You know. Take care of cuticles. Soak a little. Enjoy some relaxation.... But OH. More power drill. Oh. Ok. Just rip that cuticle out wow. Ouch. Oh. Ok it's DIP TIME! She paints something on my nails. Pulls out the powder. Gets the big brush they use for acrylic nails. Scoops up a big ole glob of dip powder and schlops that right on. Shapes it a little moves on to next finger. She had all 10 Done in about 5 minutes. Then the big emery board comes out and she starts sawing away next to my nails. Oouucchhh!!! It's a reall hack job. I have injuries to prove it. I said "Ouch" more than three times. And jumped a couple too. Now I'm not a wimpy gal. I have 7 kids and used to rescue big nearly wild dogs. I'm not gonna complain easily. But this sucked. Before I knew it it was all done and she said $50. Oh. Ok. Wait... what was that?? I thought there was DIPPING involved. And a hand massage. And lotion. This is a manicure?? It wasn't until I described this to my friends did I find out this is NOT A DIP MANICURE. Plus the roughness and price was coo coo. Do

Well, I 100% understand why they have 4.5 stars. I'm out of town and I was in dire need of a new set of claws! I googled nail places and came across this wonderful place. They were quick (but not TOO quick) and the shape is !!! PERFECT. Just what I wanted. And everyone was so nice. Thank you so much! Totally recommend.

Great salon! Super friendly and did a great job! Average price range. Went during the week and had no waiting.

Went today for a pedi. They like to dig in your nails too much. Was actually painful today. Even when she asked, she continued to do so. Wasn't pleasurable experience here.

    Christine M.

Visiting for vacation and went in for a mani/ pedi. No wait time and the staff is super friendly. Julie helped me and she's AMAZING!! she matched my polish spot on and he powder dip ombre was the best manicure experience I've ever had! Ask for her! You won't regret it!

    Mechlin E.

Paid an extra $20 for gel my pedicure and my nails aren't even covered in polish. Super disappointed in the poor quality for an over priced pedicure.

Lightly Salted is unique and very relaxing and fun. This is located in Lake Nona and definitely a place we will be going back to. You can register online and it was very simple. You will need to put a card down but you are not charged till your appointment. They also offer packages and memberships. My wife and I have only tried their salt room, but we will be doing it again. I don't know if we would get a membership just because of the location, it is a little far for us. If they opened one near our home, in Winter Garden, sign up right up! What a great experience this was. This was the first time for my wife and I, to a Lightly Salted. As soon I entered the building I can honestly say it didn't take too long to feel calm. Checking in for our Salt Room was seamless. The person checking my wife and I in was absolutely polite, informative about Lightly Salted and offered us water. We did chose to do the salt room and let me say that was fantastic. I felt like we were essentially transported elsewhere. This is a room with 4 chairs, you have to take your shoes off since the ground is also salt. You sit down and are given a blanket and tissues. Once the session starts, the lights go down and you can hear the salt being sprayed into the air and the room. It is not a private session, so you might have others in the room with you, but everyone has their own chair. To say I was in zen mode is an understatement. My sinuses were absolutely clear afterwards. You might taste the salt a little bit and you might start to sneeze but the salt is very good for you. All in all I definitely want to return and do a full day. You are there in the room for about 45 minutes, by far not long enough, but it is probably all you need to get the benefits. Im sure the more you go, the better you feel. We definitely left salty (black pants are a no no) but we really enjoyed it.

Registering was super simple, even when we needed to adjust our time day of. It was super easy and there were no issues. You will need to put down a credit card when booking. Since it was our first time, we choose the salt room. They also have saunas and massages. Both my husband and I do not enjoy the heat so we chose the salt room. I have read there are amazing benefits with salt rooms so we were very excited to try it. We were greeted when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes before getting to head to the room. There is some merchandise for sale in the waiting area and they also have water. The room itself is salt so we had to remove our shoes and wear booties. Each room had about 4 chairs with a foot rest to put your legs up. I would have liked the chair to go back a little and I think it did but I couldn't figure it out and was trying to be quiet for the other guest that joined us. We were completely unsure of what happened and I really questioned if the room we entered we just sat there. We were given a little instructions such as your eyes might run or nose and what the benefits of the salt room was. Once it started the lights dimed and this loud blower started. This is what was blowing out the salt. It is such a fine mist you really do not feel it, however I did start to taste a little salt. It was extremely relaxing, I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. After we were covered, white powder on our clothes and our shoes were totally white with salt. I would recommend not wearing dark colors! But overall I loved this experience and I cant wait to go back and do it again!

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.
