He and his team arrived early to set up and ensure they were ready for the power cut off. They worked quickly and safely to complete the removal and trimming. They solicited feedback while providing recommendations regarding how low to cut. They listened to requests. They even completed a few other small asks off quote without up charging. They cleaned up after themselves and removed more than just their debris. I wasn't the only one impressed as both my neighbors requested his card. While I won't be needing any further tree service on this property for some time, I would happily use them again for projects elsewhere and highly recommend.

After not hearing back from them after 2 days I called again and left a message. This should have been my first hint about their reliability . I did get a call back that day and we set up a date and time for the tree trimming. Today they were supposed to be here at 9. At 9:17 I called to inquire about their arrival time. I knew from the persons response that there was something wrong. She assured me she would call the supervisor and get right back to me. NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I call again after 30 minutes and no one answered. It is now 11:24 and still NO PHONE CALL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hands down, without question, the most professional, and efficient tree company I have ever dealt…read morewith. If you are in need of tree work, take a look around at most of the "big" named companies, and you will find quite a few bad reviews, and believe me, I checked. We had quite a few trees to take out, and one topped, most of which were either over a neighbor's house, or over our pool, fig tree, and other neighbors house, making the removal far more complicated than normal. I called, and one of the owners (brothers) came out the same day, and gave a very fair estimate. Made a deposit, and scheduled the work appointment. The day of the work they showed up on time with an entire crew, multiple heavy equipment, bobcats, 5 ton, and a chipper. They meant business. All of the crew were friendly, and took great care of our property. All were in hard hats, glasses, and hi-vis vests, which speaks to how seriously they take the job, and safety. The other owner was the Master tree work tech, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing, including tying off large feeders/limbs before cutting, so they swung down, as opposed to falling and/or damaging the neighbors houses, our fig tree, or pool. The removed the very large stump and root mass, and cleaned up every square inch of our yards, front and rear, and with the exception of the missing trees, you couldn't even tell they had been there. This included placing heavy mats down over drainage inlets, and other areas in the yard to protect them while they worked. Probably one of the most professional aspects of the crew, is that they clearly knew what they were doing, and it appeared as if they have been doing it together, for quite a while. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and now that we have witnessed their work, and professionalism first hand, will make sure to pass them on to anyone who needs quality tree work done.

Golden Tree came out today to remove some trees and do some general cleanup of some bushes around…read moremy yard. They showed up when they said they would, they had a crew of six show up and they knocked out all of the work in just under two hours.. the crew was super friendly and helpful and they did an even better job of the clean up after they did the work! I will always use them for all of my tree/landacaping needs!! I can't recommend them enough!! Also... I got six quotes to do the work - Golden Tree was one of the lowest, and they were able to do the work the quickest!!
