Proper surface preparation was not performed before painting, which affected the final finish, which I had to pay another paint contractor to refinish. Paint was left on door hardware and flooring, requiring additional cleanup after the crew left. The caulking work was also poorly executed, with several lines appearing crooked, uneven, and incomplete. They did not fill small nail holes and imperfections in sheet rock before painting making that stand out more after painting. I gave the company an opportunity to address these concerns, but the issues remained unresolved. Attention to detail and proper preparation are critical in painting projects, and unfortunately, those standards were not met on this job.
