Visited 1/18/26. Omg make this your next stop when going up north. It will quickly become a staple for me anytime I go up to the Nisswa/Walker area. I stopped in for coffee and lunch on my way home. The breakfast wasn't available due to the time, but I was glad I ended up with lunch instead because the "Go-to" sandwich was the best sandwich I've had in a while! I definitely have to make it back to try the breakfast next time. They also had some had some great hot and iced coffee drinks and I loved mine. Since co-vid this style of eatery has become common. You walk up to the counter and place your order. You get a beeper that notifies you when you need to pick up your food at another counter. You then are required to return your empty items to another countertop. The food is very good. It needs to be because of the price. Very casual atmosphere. The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! We got the breakfast pizza & bagel sandwhich, both were so good- the problem is the ordering situation... you have to order at the counter which doesn't really fit the vibe! However the bigger issue is that the line is the same for food and drinks so if you just want a coffee or a cocktail you have to wait in a huge line! This place is an absolute oasis in the middle of the Minnesota North! When you walk in you are greeted by the minimalist light area and warm atmosphere filled with many things to purchase as well as many things to eat and drink! The baked goods are amazing, the coffees amazing, the breakfast food is amazing... Nothing has ever been presented terribly or tasted bad! It's all been top-notch! I always order the Nordic, which is a oat milk latte with lavender and honey, which is top-notch! Order a butter cookie if they still have any left because they are amazing as well! Not to mention everything feels cohesive in its brand... This place is a must stop when you visit the Minnesota North! read more

We love this place! The perfect cafe spot and vibe this area needed. We frequent most during breakfast and brunch times as we love their offerings but their drinks and daytime menu sure aren't to be missed either! All coffees are crafted with the perfect flavor combos. Food comes out quick and is the perfect portion for a breakfast stop. We love their brunch board and breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention their bloody Mary's are delicious! Espresso Martinis are a hit too! Live music, yoga events, local items, and ice cream down the street. If you haven't been - you're missing out. Super cute space! Happened upon it while walking around the area. Great indoor and outdoor space. Limited menu today but that was fine as the avocado toast was perfect! Fun place to check out, both for their coffee, food and retail space. We stopped in for pre-bike ride coffee, and again after our 30-mile northbound round-trip on the Paul Bunyan Trail for a late lunch. My latte was good, but nothing special. Our lunches were very tasty and hit the spot. There isn't any table service, so you have to pick-up your order near the back of the large, spacious, sunny combined retail/coffee bar/seating area space. Prices were reasonable for a vacation area. read more

Food was terrific - I had a terrific flatbread (The Salty Pig) and my wife had a fabulous salad (The Burata Artichoke salad). Both were flavors neither of us had tried before, and were very well done. The atmosphere is wonderful - clean, quiet, spacious and upscale. We don't want to leave. The service was less impressive - coffee shop-style ordering, though they have pagers to notify you when your food is ready, which helps. Gotta yank a star from my previous review of this eatery. Consistency didn't hold up. My prior delightful lunch of Italian sandwich, curry soup, & porter motivated me to bring a couple here for breakfast. Bad move. While the couple gave their breakfast bagel sandwiches & coffees passing marks, their fruit (and mine) were cut *at least* a day ago, likely more. The orange wedges had a tough dried skin over the flesh of the fruit. Melon chunks were likewise dried out & dessicated, devoid of juiciness and flavor. The grapes were okay. My $14 waffle sandwich launched off of miniscule 3"-3.5" cakes. TINY!!! Scrambled eggs were decently fluffy & accompanied by okay cheese, but were also diminutive in portion. Extremely poor value meal, given the premium boutiquey price charged for mediocre vittles in small quantity. TIP: Stick to their lunch menu items and leave breakfast to someone else. read more

Been driving back from Woman Lake on Saturdays for many years. The quality and variety of places to stop for breakfast has definitely improved...especially in Bobbertown. MT gets kudos for big city menu and efficiency with a large number of customers on a Saturday morning. Space for big groups, great outdoor space, and a nice overall vibe. I had the bfast burrito and up ordered with potato and bacon. I would pass next time. Too mixed up. Wasn't even sure there were potatoes in there. What I would get is the breakfast charcuterie board. Donuts, bagels, spreads... Now that looked yummy and my kinda grazing. I would stop again and give them a chance to WOW me. read more

The food is very good and so is the coffee. But the atmosphere is really unique for this area. Up North, yet a little upscale. Very cool spot. The atmosphere is very modern cabin feeling. You order at the counter when you walk in and then have the option of sitting at traditional tables, swing chairs or outdoors on a patio. They have a great menu with fresh different flavored donuts everyday. They also offer cocktails, local craft beers and awesome items like mimosa flights. Went to MN Traders Co on my way through Pequot Lakes heading towards Itasca. Love the inside - like a chic, spacious cabin meets home decor store. For food we ordered the house salad and southwest turkey flatbread and both were excellent - the flatbread was my favorite. We also got an iced version of their North (of the Border) latte to go and it was delicious! Loved the combo of maple syrup and cinnamon and it was the perfect sweetness. I'll definitely be back on my next trip through town! read more

First time to MN Traders for a late lunch. Cool vibes and casual atmosphere with nice menu and beverage selections. Traders House salad with home made avocado ranch was amazing - fresh & great value. The B.L.A. was really tasty and pico was fresh. This place is a must to hang out and grab a bite to eat with nice portions for the price. The coffee, wine and beer bar was also impressive! Ambiance is great. Nice little treasure in Pequot Lakes! Food was fresh and just the right portions.

Went there for coffee and breakfast and they had options for everyone. The kombucha I had was not too vinegary and had a great flavor, and the drinks others got were also really good. The breakfast options were nice, including parfaits, sandwiches and, donuts. The brunch/lunch/dinner options looked really good too. The atmosphere of the establishment was great as well with a lovely shop. Overall 5/5!! read more
