Another RV repair shop nearby quoted me a $300 emergency fee out of pocket just to look at it quickly. Perfection replaced the pump in about an hour and got the repair authorized and paid for by our warranty. They even waived our deductible and wished us a happy trip. By far the best rv or auto repair experience I've ever had. It was a simple problem and repair, but could've added a bunch of stress to our trip if not fixed. I called Impeccable RV Service & Repair and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly. All it was is a $20 thermostat. Eldon also told me on another occasion that he was electrically certified so we had him try to fix an issue with the breaker box to our RVs. He had no idea what he was doing. He lied to us! Again, after having someone that was electrically certified come out & they fixed the issue in no time at all. He tried telling me my converter was not working because he had not wired things properly. My converter was fine. He was also supposed to come and fix a refrigerator on my brothers RV the day that he claimed he knew what he was doing with electricity and since he never got around to getting that done He said he would be there to fix it refrigerator the next day. He never showed up & never called after waiting around for him all day. Oh and he drove his truck through a snow covered area in front of our house after I told him multiple times not to do it that he would get stuck & he wouldn't listen to me while boasting about his truck and sure enough he got stuck. He kept trying to get unstuck, without using the shovel I gave him and tore 4 big ruts in the grass lawn and never offered or attempted to fill them. I would highly recommend to never use him.

On the day of the appointment everything went great. He found a trade in, received reasonable offer on his RV and reasonable sell price on a new one. Paperwork was signed, down payment taken, deal made. Next day, Camping World called and said they had to lower the offer SUBSTANTIALLY, even though a contract had been signed. They WOULD NOT honor their originally signed deal. Unethical professionalism not to mention illegal. Do not bother doing business here! It's a waste of time. Update: I reached out as requested. Have emails, voicemails and sign papers along with explanation. It was forwarded to Idaho falls management. I was contacted by the manager Ryan (or maybe Brian - over the phone it was hard to which name it was) he said the verbal estimate for the RV stood and the written and signed one that was $18,000 higher didn't matter. He stated there were multiple things that needed fixed but refused to provide a list when requested (side note: I had a separate RV place in Pocatello a few months before taking it to camping world to do a thorough check through and they said everything looked great - I provided this list i received from them to camping world). I feel this was a tactic to quickly discard the issue. He was not open to coming to any other sort of agreement, but said he would talk to the others in his building and get back with me. That was two weeks ago. I haven't heard back. It seems the customer service response is just for show and not sincere.

No specific reason for purchasing from CW other than Coleman trailers are exclusive to them. I was a little worried because of all the negative reviews I'd heard. Our purchasing experience was pretty smooth. We did our homework and knew we did not want to purchase any of the additional warranties/coverages. We have used our trailer regularly over the summer and early fall. The only issue we had was not the fault of CW. We had an ongoing problem with our trailer slide. The service department was great about getting us in and when the problem wasn't fixed initially, they followed up with the manufacturer until the problem was fixed solved. Casey and Jesse were great! Overall a good experience. I'm a firm believer that you 'get what you pay for' in the sense of being educated before making a big purchase and don't blame everything on the dealer.
