After a nightmare experience at Camping World in Idaho Fall of at least, in my opinion, gross incompetence at the very least, for a very serious propane leak in my motorhome. AND, being treated very badly by a service woman, AND having my motorhome mistreated, AND talking to Ron? a manager at Camping World that the 1 hour charge of $135.00 dollars would be adjusted and finding out I got the shop supplies for free but still had to pay the $135.00. I took my motorhome to Mike at MNM. Mike, at MNM Unlimited said he pressurized the system to find the leak. He told me It instantly failed with pressure loss in less than 5 seconds. A BAD LEAK. A leak so bad that it would take one spark to ignite and cause an explosion. The flared sealing end of the copper feed line was completely broken off. The line was still attached but leaked past the barrel end of the fitting. Mike fixed the leak, had my motorhome back to me the same day and charged me $180.00, plus he is very nice and treated me well. Not only will I take my motorhome to MNM Unlimited for any problems. I will tell anyone who owns an RV about my horrible experience with Camping World and then recommend they take their RV to MNM Unlimited. read more

I had received an alarm on my CO sensor while running my generator and Mike was able to fit me in very quickly to take a look at it. Not only did he look at that but did a thorough look through the entire trailer and found a couple things that were not easy to see and could have cost me thousands if went untreated. It's not often that I find top notch customer service combined with a fast response/turnaround and quality work but I've found that with MNM Unlimited. Mike was awesome to work with, extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. I can honestly say he cares about his customers, their experience with any issue, and takes pride in quality work. What's even more impressive is Mike spent some time teaching/coaching me what to look for, some simple maintenance things to keep an eye out for, and how to do the some of it myself. I like to do things myself when I can so I respect it when a professional such as Mike shows me how I can do things without breaking the bank. If I have any advice to anyone thinking of having any repairs, inspections, or other work done it would be to see Mike at MNM Unlimited before going anywhere else. WOW!!!! In a position that I needed help with recently with our new 5th wheel. I called the dealership first and was jockied around several times on hold and was finally offered a call back. All we wanted to do was "create our memories" but never got that call back. Called MNM Unlimited at 208-241-3425, talked to Mike. Set a time within the next couple of days. He came out as promised, even though it was after business hours, ended up having to get parts from a local home store because it was after hours. got us fixed up and we were able to " create a memory". Then we got the invoice and I couldn't believe that we got after hours service, back and forth for parts, and super customer service for such a reasonable cost!!! I recently had problems with my electrical outlet not converting my generator power over into my trailer. I thought I could fix it on my own, and replaced The converter, breakers, fuses, and still had problems. Mike, the owner came up on his day off and started searching for the problem, which was the main wire going from the outlet into my electrical panel. Mike rewired my trailer and solved my problem, even though it was his day off and he worked after hours to accomplish this. We were on the road and at a pretty campground outside of Yellowstone and were unable to open our freezer door. Someone in the campground recommended MNM Unlimited Mobile RV Repair in Idaho Falls.
