A1 computers was charging 99 but was the only one that assured me that my computer would be fix by days end. He kept his promise and provided excellent service. Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. Which gives you a idea if there was any additional problems or if everything is running smoothly. Loved it!! Hopefully I don't ever have anymore computer problems but if I ever do I know where to go.
