This UPS Store has the best employees around. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and someone quickly helped me and printed the items i needed printed. They asked for the specifics of sizes and let me check out the paper they had to print on. Everyone that works here had a great attitude and were busy going above and beyond helping the customers. i went at the story to return an Amazon item . I told the boy that I didn't know how to do and if he could help me . He said he is not familiar with this because he don't buy anything from Amazon. And he didn know how to do ! after, he changed his mind and said , it's ok I can help you . At this point I feel bad and uncomfortable with his attitude, somebody makes a comment that maybe he don't likes to work at Sunday . He was rude , refused clear that di want help . there was 2 girls in the next spot and i Moved for the next balcon and bought was very polite and able to help me . some workers can make the store close !!!! read more

'This the season for Amazon Christmas gift returns! Received a desk from Amazon as a gift and knew I had to return it. Scanned the QR code on the gift receipt and realized I could return it to the UPS store half a mile away. Excellent! Had to review them as it was the easiest return of my life. I gave them the box, they scanned my QR code and handed me the receipt and I walked out. Legit took two minutes. read more

They have messed up 2 consecutive print orders and most recently charged $10 to notarize something and did not divulge the cost until after notarizing the document. Poor communication and service. read more

My transaction was extremely quick and painless. I came in to ship equipment back to a prior employer so I wasn't sure what to expect. The man who checked me out noticed that my box was flimsy and may not have worked properly for the journey. He offered to take the equipment out of that box and repack it properly for shipment. That was a big help because I had no idea how to properly ship equipment so it isn't damaged and the last thing I want is to have to deal with that employer again. Thank you!!! read more

I didn't even realize this store existed until I checked the status of a package and saw that it had been delivered here. Much to my dismay online it said that they closed at 7, not 8. I didn't rush to pick up my package because I figured it was too late. Fast forward to today and I left work early specifically to pick my package up before closing time. I walked in, informed the gentleman that I was picking up a package, and after he checked my ID he went to look for my item. To my surprise, I had two packages. This store is a genius idea because it's not a super high traffic area but they also receive packages that UPS doesn't want to just leave out in the open on your porch. That's fine with me and I will continue enjoying the ease of picking up packages from this location. read more

Do not go here if you are looking to print a fee pages. They charge you for computer usage even though you don't use it. Office depot does not charge as you can email straight to the printer and print. read more

If I could give them -stars I would. Since the economy is still tough in Puerto Rico, I sent my grandson, who entered college last semester, my computer. I sent it from this Grand Prairie UPS store to the UPS store close to my grandson's address ($197), but the manager of the UPS store in Puerto Rico rejected the package because he didn't have prior knowledge of the incoming package (duh?). I have used this method before and never had a problem. I have received packages at UPS stores and this had never happened to me. When I was notified that the package was back in Texas I went to the UPS store to see if the problem could be fixed somehow. I asked the manager, Juan Delgado, if he could resend it giving the store in Puerto Rico the advanced notice they now required. He said he would if I paid him the $197.00 again! He also said he was sorry because he knew the package could be rejected and his staff neglected to say so. The nerve of this guy acknowledging fault, but not taking responsibility, basically telling me that I was at fault for not knowing UPS policy. Isn't explaining UPS policy part of the staff's customer service, especially knowing what could happen? I asked him for a refund and, of course, he denied. He prefers to hold on to the money but not the client or promote good customer service. read more
