Passing through and never like eating at chains I can get at home. I'm terrible at catching names but the lovely gal hustling at the start of the line greeted me immediately and let me know she'd be right with me. Pretty fast service for all the pick up orders coming in. I am so glad I went with the mini. You don't have to sacrifice getting to try two protein options. I got the kahlua pork and pūlehoo chicken and they were so tender and tasty. Still comes with a scoopa rice and mac, again, giving you the whole experience. I'd be here all the time if I lived here. I won't dock them for serving everything in to go containers, even if you dine in. I'm sure tons of people don't finish it all when they get the regular or the 3-meat size and would need them anyway. So! Instead of eating inside, go behind the shopping center to eat at the park overlooking Perrine Bridge and Snake River. I almost missed that but got curious when I saw so many people driving in and out of that area. read more

Came here after seeing the big arch bridge in the back. Tried the teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura, chicken katsu, which were good. Teriyaki steak was a revelation - most places use cheap lean beef - but it's just sooo good with the fatty goodness of steak. Chicken pulehu was also very interesting, haven't seen it at other hawaiian places before. Kahlua pig however was crazy salty. I've never had anything so salty in a restaurant. Felt like they put the whole salt shaker in it. Manager insisted it was normal and that they always serve it like that. Thankfully, he was willing to replace it. read more

We stopped here on the way out Twin Falls from our Costco trip and this place was great! Super yummy and delish ! My hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken & teriyaki steak. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and katsu chicken with our 3 year old (she loved the katsu chicken). I was happy with all my options as I don't eat dairy - the Mac salad just has eggs in it - no milk! This place is unique to twin falls! The chicken katsu and khalua pig is great. The macaroni salad is great, too. The steak terriyaki isn't bad but I prefer the khalua pig and chicken katsu most! Mini size is good for lunch and a regular was a good portion for a very filling dinner or 2 meals. Staff is friendly and the ambiance is nice and resembles the Hawaiian theme. Con: price is a little higher than I anticipated. $12.50 for a regular plate and $8.50 for a mini plate. But this is heavily outweighed by the fact that there isn't cuisine like this at all in twin falls so it's worth the extra $$$ read more

I went today on my lunch break and a very warm welcome by happy employees and very helpful I didn't know what to get or what was good and they helped me pick out stuff that tasted amazing! I got a mini meal but for a person who doesn't need much to eat it is like a plate of dinner your mother would make but everything tastes just a bit better than moms cooking which is very hard to beat!!! Amazing employees amazing space definitely come down and try it!! Food was hot and ready 4-5 minutes sooner than the online estimate. As my first visit to this location, it was easy to get to and I walked in and out with my food at lunchtime in less than a minute. The staff was quick to greet me and showed me where my 2 plate order was ready to go. The price was reasonable and the servings were decent for 3 good sized lunches even though it was portioned as 2 mini plates. The interior of the building was clean, cool and smelled amazing. I look forward to eating here again when I'm in Twin Falls. Possible only downside would be no drive through window. I was in a hurry and may have missed it. If a drive up window DID exist, it was poorly marked. lol read more

This particular location is near the city's visitor center where there's a great view of the I.B. Perrine Bridge that spans over the Snake River. It's counter style service; i.e. order at the counter, collect utensils/napkins and food, then seat yourself in the small dining area. There's no outdoor dining space, so we decided to take our food to the river bank and enjoy the view. We had the teriyaki chicken, the katsu chicken, and Spam musubi. Plates came with rice and macaroni salad. The portions were huge and the flavors did remind us of Hawaii. We liked how the musubi were individually wrapped. The wait staff were efficient and polite, but I didn't feel the Aloha spirit when I asked a few questions. I felt rushed and hurried along, as would be typical for counter service on the mainland, especially in this very busy location. After being on the road for over eight hours, I was hoping for table service with warm and inviting interaction with the wait staff. The experience left me wanting. We did enjoy the food. Twin falls location went over and beyond fulfilling a messed up catering order that went to the wrong state. General manager, Nathan, jumped into action and had entire crew work fast to cook and fulfill the order He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If I could give this place a -negative star I would! Every time my husband and I have been in the service is absolutely horrible. They are always out of everything, and I get it, it is a brilliant place to eat and when they have food, the food is amazing. However, the past 3/4 times we have been in, the service has been less than par and they have been out of everything! We came in to eat and yet they are serving the "to-go" orders before ppl who actually came in to eat and enjoy the restaurant! Saw this place while at the Visitor Center and decided to give it a try after hiking the canyon. It was awesome! The crew working the afternoon of July 12 was top notch and a great reflection of the assistant manager. The vegetables and rice were fresh and the teriyaki chicken and kahalua pig was served hot and perfectly grilled. Look forward to returning on a future visit to Twin Falls. read more
