I set up an estimate appointment and they arrived 15 minutes early (in my book, if you're not 15 minutes early to an appointment, you're late!-so we were already off to a good start). Quickly came up with an estimate and it was reasonable so I accepted. A few days before the work was to be done, they contacted me and asked if I could schedule them out a few days later. It had been raining and they lost work days on an outdoor project that they were involved with. No problem, we rescheduled. On the day of the job, they were again about 15 minutes early! They had a crew of four men and worked quickly. They did the job in one day as promised and did an excellent job. I received a quote in April. The business owner Mr. Shin was on time for the estimate and told me the quote was good for 3 months and to call about 3 weeks before I wanted to schedule. I called in June to schedule. I specially needed it to be a Friday. A little back forth to get the date fixed. Let me just start with, my husband and I are new homeowners and definitely new to the Inland Empire. A few months ago, I had a time crunch of a week before my husband came home from his business trip. I was able to take the week off before he got home to surprise him with a painted and furnished house. I messaged Moa Painting and it took them only 1 day to come to my house and inspect it to make sure we knew what I wanted done, the owner politely explained that if I supplied the paint, it would be a better deal. So I bought my own paint, and the company supplied everything else for their painters. And then they came back in 2 days to start painting! I had them do two hallways and 2 bedrooms (4 walls each) and 2 full bathrooms! Do you know how long it took them? 5 hours. 5! They were so quick and efficient! No mess at all, so expect cleanliness from them and ALOT of painters tape while they set up. Excellent crew and excellent communication from the owner. My home looks amazing! I wish I had before pictures but I will definitely supply what it looks like now. The previous owners had.. a rather different taste than what my husband and I go for. So we turned their bright lime green room and blue room to white and white with gray color. The bathrooms were green and a baby blue. Those got painted gray as well ! Lastly, the hallways had a tiny of baby blue in them as well, so they painted those white as well. Basically this crew had to cover up the most ugliest colors with white or gray. And I think they did an amazing job! I am a very happy customer from the moment I received a reply back from the owner and when I paid the crew after they finished the work, I still am now super happy. Jason and his team are excellent. Very competitive price wise and they were always on time. It was a big job. Inside and outside paint of a home along with removing old popcorn ceiling to update to a new beautiful texture and painting all the cabinets. They had it done in 6 days of very hard labor, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day with the last day completed around 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. His team was very patient with my eagle eye. There were a few things I wanted fixed, slight paint transfer that they quickly cleaned up with no problem. They removed all the ceiling fans to wrap them and keep them clean and safe and didn't get paint on the wood flooring which I was very worried about with the mess being so massive. Scrapping off and moving all that old popcorn ceiling did not look fun and I am pretty amazed they managed to get it all off and out of the house without the whole house being covered in dust. It was but they actually cleaned it all up. They also managed to make very old cabinets look brand new with removing the doors and old hinges and handles to sand everything then repainted and added on the new hinges and handles we got for the job. I will definitely hire them again and suggest you look no further. Photos to be attached soon. As a side note, I had some flooring people come in two days later and somehow they managed to mess up the entry to our second exterior door. The ran a pallet of flooring over the edge instead of lifting it up and over, even after I told them to be careful because it had all just been freshly painted and new stucco. They knocked off a big area of stucco at the entry and if not for Jason and his team being so wonderful, the flooring would of had to figure a way to fix it or pay for the repair. I can't say enough good about Moa paint. I wish I could say what is currently going on with the flooring company. It has not been a good experience so far and oddly it comes from a company that has 5 stars out of almost 150 people. Very odd and not cool at all. They must be going through some employee changes because their workers are terrible and it will definitely reflect in their review. Still waiting to take the final pictures. Probably by the weekend. My husband and I hired MoA Painting to paint our walls, baseboard, closets, and ceiling for our two story house that we just moved into. Jason responded promptly and answered our questions. The paint came out mostly well. The only issues that we had was what we noticed a week or so after his team had finished the job. My husband and I were changing the light switch and outlet plates to newer ones when we noticed that they did not paint behind all of them. Additionally, we noticed that a few areas were not as precise with the paint and it started to "bubble" on the wall. In the end, the paint overall was okay. However, it ultimately was our fault for not paying attention when they were painting to notice those things before they finished the job due to both of us working night shift, which meant we had to sleep while they were working. I was referred by a co-worker who used MOA to paint both of her houses and she raved about how easy it was to work with them. I got different quotes from other painters but was iffy about the quality so I decided to go with MOA because of the referral and the reviews on Yelp. I have no regrets, their employees where always on time every morning and it only took them 3 days to paint a house that was traditional egg shell color Spanish style house to a new and modern one. After 4 coats of Whisper white from Dunn Edwards paint the wife was very happy with the color. It's only been 3 days and we've been getting a lot of complements from neighbors and friends! If I have any complaints about them it's that I had to wait a month to get my house painted because they were booked with other clients.
