A little bit off the beaten but full hookups and great place to stay! Grass for our dogs and well maintained grounds. There is a picnic table at each site, trees and mountain views from several of the sites. They also have set up RVs for rent and teepees guests can stay in. We're 41' and they could accommodate us. About 5 minutes from 'downtown' Moab and about 15 minutes to the entrance of Arches National Park. read more

BOOK HERE WITH CAUTION: We booked our stay on August 1st, cancelled on August 3rd due to our plans having to change (which is not uncommon for RV travelers) and our staying dates would have been August 10-13. We were informed that we would not be getting any type of refund of our 3 night stay due to the company's policy of requiring a two-week cancellation. I am completing this review as a warming to others as the company does NOT warn you of this VERY EXCESSIVE cancellation policy in their confirmation emails sent to you when you make your reservation, nor do they make it visible anywhere during the checkout process. Dealing with the manager over the phone was extremely frustrating and the email I sent per her request to the company were ignored. Very friendly staff, they even guide you to your sight. They even sell propane, ice,and ice cream. The sights are nice and long with many sewer hook ups. They have games that you can play like corn hole, and a really big version of connect 4 Prices are good 55 if you have a discount and 60 if you don't per night. What a beautiful spot!!! We were in Moab for 11 days with family from all over and they were able to accommodate some of us last minute. They have many different RV sites sizes, cozy tents, and teepees. The grounds are clean and shady with friendly staff. Having laundry on site was handy. The shower bathroom combinations were fantastic and firewood and ice on site was cheaper than in town! Keep a lookout for the cat in the rocks overlooking the area!! Bringing the rock crawler from Nevada. We were worried about where to put the trailer while not in use and they were super accommodating. Thank you for a great stay! read more

I recently stayed with my girlfriends in Tipi 2 and it was incredible. We had a fridge, beautiful grill, outdoor dining area and easy parking. The showers were clean with very hot water. There was even a store where you could grab water, firewood, snacks and laundry detergent. I was pleasantly surprised with OK RV. When I go back to Moab you will find me back here! read more

We spent 2 nights in one of the Glamping tents and one night in a cabin. We were impressed with how well kept the campground and bathroom facilities were. It's quiet, clean and the employees went above and beyond to remedy any little issue we had. Our only suggestion would be a bin outside the bathrooms for used towels. read more

So, We aren't halfway through our stay over Father's Day weekend but, to say this getaway is better than "OK" is magnificently understated. We stayed in Tent #6 and site #8 with our extended family and the site and tent (think glamping) were great with shade and level. The bathrooms clean and spacious. But enough about the park (already 5 stars) the on- site staff were nothing short of over-the-top accommodating. Chad, Lisa, and Rick are rockstars of our weekend. Between the three of them (5-stars each) and the park-that would be 20 stars. Alas we are limited to five. Book it and don't look back! read more

Great little park on the outskirts of Moab.. I rented an rv for 2 nights from Airbnb.. I'd highly recommend unit 44 as it's against the fence with a Mountain View and the fireplace is on the backside of the trailer so it's super peaceful with no cars or people walking by Personally I think camping in an RV is a million times better than staying in a hotel so Next time I visit moab I'll def rent a unit from this rv park again read more

I rented a glamping teepee for two nights (for the kids enjoyment) even though I hate camping of any kind. I was pleasantly surprised by the adorable teepee! They had the space heaters going when we checked in, and it came with two queen size beds, TV, lamps, etc. They even provided a cooler. Even though we had our own, it was a nice touch. The bathrooms were just a short walk away, and they were super warm and super clean. Even though I froze my a** off when I was outside the teepee, we really enjoyed ourselves. read more

When going to management they were very disrespectful and unaccommodating. I also noticed the very nice ground keepers being mistreated from management as well. So wonderful! We showed up late, and they were super accommodating. Clean bathrooms and hot showers were greatly appreciated. The area has trees and clearly marked spaces, which was super helpful to denote which spot was our when we came back in the night. The spot we received was really simple to pull right through, to park and leave in the morning. 10 min or so from downtown and not much further to the park. After 2 days of tent camping we were looking forward to "civilization" again and we were unsure if the tipi we reserved would be the right spot for our family of 5 to unwind. After a few minutes on the property we were more than pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds, the friendliness of the woman at the front desk, and the relaxed atmosphere. The washer and dryers were plentiful and the bathrooms were set up great with a shower connected to most toilet stalls. From the outside, the tipi looked small but the inside was spacious and cozy and the beds were firm and comfortable. We didn't use many "extras" like the cots, chairs in the back, or the extra blankets in the hope chest but we're impressed with so many easily accessible items. The grounds were quiet all night as it is shielded from the main road. The hot showers and shampoo were a plus and I'd like to give a special shout out to D. Ellis for staying logged in on HULU so we could finish next level chef with the kids This place was a hidden gem, and if we're ever in the area we'll be staying here again! read more

Our stay at this RV park was very enjoyable. We took advantage of the clean restrooms and showers. They also include cable with the site rental. When we tried to set it up, we only got three very fuzzy channels rather than the 50 to 60 channels. The front desk sent out a person to trouble shoot our problem. Initially, I thought the problem was with the RV park since my trailer is only 5 months old. This guy was very thorough and we eventually discovered that the problem is with my trailer. Glad I have service already scheduled for later this week. Aside from that, they had a BBQ on the last night of our stay. After dinner, we enjoyed a quiet night around our fire pit. In addition, there is easy access to anything you may want to do in the Moab area. read more

The owner states that we were warned multiple times to stay off the RV with a ladder. However, we were warned only once with verbal abuse and accusations of smoking "pot" because of the way we look. We have never been to an RV, not been in one so we were not aware of the "obvious" safety hazards of a ladder. This man was cursing in-front of children, was discriminatory against my group because of the way we looked as "drug addicts" (from Colorado) while it was simple cigarettes. If we were warned once not to go on the ladder, we would not go on the ladder again. But he made up lies that we were warned multiple times. Drinking on the premises, very disrespectful, unnecessary and clearly not a stable place for families. Be better to your customers sir. read more

We are enetering our 3rd week out of a month stay. It is not in the city, it does not have a pool, but those amenities were not what we were looking for. We came to Moab, Utah to ride our ATVs. The park is quiet, the restrooms are clean, as well is the laundry. The staff have treated us well as far as we are concerned. We are not needy people. We believe the rates charged are reasonable. Very clean. Friendly staff. Most spots are pull through. My favorite feature is that is is set off the highway so it's quiet. Fellow renters are respectful. Firewood and ice for sale, though fires are understandably not allowed at this time. Showers and restrooms are well maintained and smell good. Had a great time in Moab! This campground is quiet and off the main road. It's a little bit out of town on the south end of Moab. The rest rooms were clean, the laundry was small but clean and all the machines work, and the price was reasonable. Nothing fancy, no pool, no other amenities. Staff was friendly but unable to accommodate any requests for site changes even though one of our party was on a lot too small for their motor home. From the other campgrounds we were able to see it seemed to have larger lots and more trees. There were a few campgrounds that were better but way more pricey. This was a good bargain and suited our needs. I would stay here again if traveling to Moab. read more

Very disappointing. Very tight slots, not level, weedy, worn and tired. And to top it of, poor customer service with an attitude. Life is to short for OK RV. There are countless options in the area, with beautifully manicured and spacious slots, and courteous and professional hosts. We have been coming here for years with a large group. This year, under new management, they were very disorganized. We booked our group of stalls a year ago. A few months ago they did not have a record of the booking even though we paid a significant deposit. They got everything straightened out, then called the week of our stay with new issues and lost reservations again. That seemed to magically work itself out in their system as well. When we arrived the manager cruised in as we were setting up to tell us we would be in our slot for the first four nights and would have to move one slot over for our last night. Two hours later the office told us it was all worked out again and we were good to stay where we were for the duration. Then on our last day the office again told us we had to move. Did not ask us to move, demanded that we move. With a dozen empty sites, we told her to take a hike. They really need to get their proverbial feces together. Life is to short for OK RV. read more

If I could give this negative 5 stars I would. My wife and I stopped by just for a shower. After paying the woman at the counter I got the impression that the women's and mens shower were single use. Since the men's was being cleaned we thought maybe we could just go together and get it done sooner. My wife went in first to verify that no one else was there. Then I came in and as we were looking around we were realizing that it was not single use. Just then the manager (or maybe the owner) came out screaming about how it is never ok in the USA for a man to enter a women's bathroom (even though it was a man that just cleaned it). He was incapable of listening to an explanation or an apology, at least from a man. He said he accepted my wife's apology but only after practically chasing us out. We took our money back and will never step foot on this property again. Stay here at your own risk. If you mess up even a little you will be attacked and probably thrown out. There was simply no reason this needed to escalate to the degree it did. read more

Good name for the park; sites were very close together, office was friendly and there is a nice common area with a water feature and patio furniture. We stayed one night only due to their lack of consistent sites for us. Grounds were dusty from lack of gravel yet the park is set off the road a bit so it is fairly quiet. Bathrooms were clean and maintained. We stayed in a 40 foot motorhome with a tow. Sites were somewhat short for our rig and car; car had to be parked sideways. read more

Our group of 6-10 rigs have stayed in this park for several years. Recently they went under new ownership but retained their same management staff that was evident customer service was not their priority anymore! We booked our reservations one year ago and had nothing but numerous changes, phone calls made to ensure they had our sites correct and still our group was split up with inadequate sites that didn't fit our rigs. One member of our group was told they had to move to another site on their last night even though there was many open sites available. The office "mistakingly" put them in the wrong spot on checkin. When they refused to move the manager was rude and pretty much told us the other option was to checkout! The park was run down, grass was dead and weedy, trees full of bugs, gravel sparse in sites and road which made the camp dusty. Water pressure was minimal and WiFi slow! There are many more RV parks in Moab that welcome your business and are maintained to higher standards. OK is less than OK!! read more

We stayed here two nights in one of the cabins. The cabin was clean, had an air conditioner and space heater though we didn't need either. We decided not to tent camp since it was unusually cold at night during our stay. The beds were fairly comfortable and had a clean mattress pad on (we used our sleeping bags though linens were available for an additional cost). It was a five minute, easy drive from Moab. The sound of traffic was not too loud. Forty dollars a night sure beats the prices the hotels go for in this area. Our cabin was close to the restrooms - which were clean as well - and the showers had hot water (but we showered late in the day after biking). And there was a dorm fridge and microwave in the cabin as well. We'll stay here again when we don't feel like camping. read more

Nice sites. Not really dog friendly-no dog walk or grassy area for them. Far enough from the main road that it is very dark and quiet at night and you can see a lot of stars. I'm so thankful for this place. We were passing through for the night and called them a little late. The lady I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, and the park was really nice. Tons of trees but we could still see all the many many stars in the night sky. The bathrooms were clean. In the morning, we could see the beautiful red rocks.
