A little bit off the beaten but full hookups and great place to stay! Grass for our dogs and well maintained grounds. There is a picnic table at each site, trees and mountain views from several of the sites. They also have set up RVs for rent and teepees guests can stay in. We're 41' and they could accommodate us. About 5 minutes from 'downtown' Moab and about 15 minutes to the entrance of Arches National Park.

We got lucky there was live country music that night

Very friendly staff, they even guide you to your sight. They even sell propane, ice,and ice cream. The sights are nice and long with many sewer hook ups. They have games that you can play like corn hole, and a really big version of connect 4 Prices are good 55 if you have a discount and 60 if you don't per night. And to top it all off really awesome sunsets

I recently stayed with my girlfriends in Tipi 2 and it was incredible. We had a fridge, beautiful grill, outdoor dining area and easy parking. The showers were clean with very hot water. There was even a store where you could grab water, firewood, snacks and laundry detergent. I was pleasantly surprised with OK RV. When I go back to Moab you will find me back here!

We spent 2 nights in one of the Glamping tents and one night in a cabin. We were impressed with how well kept the campground and bathroom facilities were. It's quiet, clean and the employees went above and beyond to remedy any little issue we had. Our only suggestion would be a bin outside the bathrooms for used towels.

    Fire and the MOAB rim.

So, We aren't halfway through our stay over Father's Day weekend but, to say this getaway is better than "OK" is magnificently understated. We stayed in Tent #6 and site #8 with our extended family and the site and tent (think glamping) were great with shade and level. The bathrooms clean and spacious. But enough about the park (already 5 stars) the on- site staff were nothing short of over-the-top accommodating. Chad, Lisa, and Rick are rockstars of our weekend. Between the three of them (5-stars each) and the park-that would be 20 stars. Alas we are limited to five. Book it and don't look back!

Great little park on the outskirts of Moab.. I rented an rv for 2 nights from Airbnb.. I'd highly recommend unit 44 as it's against the fence with a Mountain View and the fireplace is on the backside of the trailer so it's super peaceful with no cars or people walking by Personally I think camping in an RV is a million times better than staying in a hotel so Next time I visit moab I'll def rent a unit from this rv park again

Gravel spaces, lots of trees, wifi very slow, no discount on spaces during May and June 5 miles south of Moab. Quiet and away from Hwy 6.

From the outside, the tipi looked small but the inside was spacious and cozy and the beds were firm and comfortable.

I booked a 2 night stay last night for the final leg of my road trip with my dying dog…read more Unfortunately, he ended up crossing the rainbow bridge last night so I left today. The woman at the desk was very polite but informed me since I paid for both nights in advance, she couldn't refund me the one night. It's honestly not about the money, it's that i was already an emotional wreck and it was just the cherry on top. The only facility I used was the washers. $2 was the advertised price so I put in the quarters and it kept asking me for more. I was pleasantly surprised the dryer ran longer than advertised. My site was not level and although my dog enjoyed touching grass his last day on earth, I kept waiting for someone to complain. The price was high for a highway view but it is what it is. And no, I will never come back.

The park is definitely not worth the high price, the spaces are not quite level enough to utilize…read morethe length you pay for, there are no special amenities and nothing is paved making it dirty and dusty. The manager was racing around the park this evening "running" her two large black dogs endangering people walking with their dogs (which we were doing) as well as causing dust and noise for those trying to enjoy sitting outside. We hollered at her to slow down, we were immediately accosted with outrage from her telling us we need to control our dogs?? They barked at her because she slid to a stop and started yelling at us that we had no right to tell her to slow down. She went on to say we were not welcome at the park anymore and we would be banned. Really? We are a Jeep club that booked 25 spaces for a week. We were placed right across the street from her home/space where her dogs barked at us every time we went to the dumpster or walked our dogs. We never complained but did say something when she was racing around the park in her golf cart. We have been RVers for over 30 years and are always respectful of where we stay. This "manager" was way out of line threatening to ban us for telling her to slow down. The park is hardly worth the cost, but our group stays here so we bit the bullet and have stayed here several times. However, the manager's attitude was the icing on the cake. We will never stay here again.

This review is for the tent camping, not the cabin or other rental options here (now HTR Moab)…read more The tent area is right next to the highway and it is LOUD since the trucks are engine braking downhill and shifting gears to go uphill. We stayed here two nights and slept terribly. Even with the free earplugs, we couldn't get a good nights sleep. Everything is so close together you also have no space from your neighbors. When we arrived someone else was encroaching in our site. The shared kitchen and bathroom facilities are nice, hence the 2 instead of 1 star.

Pros: we stayed in D1 cottage and the set up is homey and cute. Two person table, love seat pull…read moreout couch, two queen beds, a bath tub, coffee pot, mini fridge, toaster, etc. Each room contains a mini split which works great at heating and cooling the rooms. The mattresses are what you'd expect for staying off somewhere, not too hard but not too soft. We brought our own pillows so I can't speak to those. The bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We didn't use the community areas, but the setup looks great and it has a grill. Cons: Cleanliness is lacking, there are cobwebs throughout. The floor needs a good vacuuming and a heavy mopping done. It looks like only spot cleaning is done when guests leave the property. Seeing the lack of cleanliness made me question if our sheets had actually been washed and that's a gross feeling. The bath tub has no stopper, but using a wash rag worked just fine. The hot water is lacking. A quarter of the way filling the tub the water turned cold, and it took a good 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. With three people needing to bathe/shower, it was problematic and very disappointing after a long day of being out in Arches N.P. Be sure to watch a YouTube video on the Hamilton Beach Brew Station coffee pot before using or you will have watered down cold coffee. Unfortunately, I did this after making our coffee, and wasted the coffee grounds and collagen powder I had brought. There is a lot of road noise, so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I don't think we will be back here again for the price we paid.
