They told us there is usually a $60 diagnostic fee for water-damaged phones, but since the damage wasn't too serious, they applied that fee toward the repair instead. They replaced the screen and the back sensor and had everything done within a few hours. I also appreciated that they didn't rush the repair. They took the time to properly dry the inside of the phone before fixing it, which gave us peace of mind that it was done right. Professional, honest and excellent customer service. Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have.
