If you're spending the day walking around, having nowhere to go can be incredibly inconvenient. I honestly don't think people talk about this enough. This place was a lifesaver when I needed a restroom, and because of that, I'll definitely remember it for future visits. It also made me understand why certain parts of the city sometimes have the smell that they do, when there aren't enough accessible public restrooms, people are left with very few options. So thank you, Best Buy, for having public bathroom access to your customers. On another note, I was able to purchase an AirTag today finally and I was able to check out Geek Squad. I asked them how much it would be to fix my iPhone screen and it was $300 with my T-Mobile Insurance. I'm glad I got the insight so I know the price but I'll definitely try out another option and price compare.

I was happy since I didn't want to drive all the way to Ala Moana or mail it to Apple repair. Apple care made my appt and Best Buy confirm the date and time. Unfortunately my iPad couldn't be repaired so BB mailed it out for me. Free shipping and they covered the insurance. Two weeks later I get a text from BB, that my new iPad was ready for pickup. Overall five stars. The whole process from troubleshooting to replacement was painless. M

The store is spacious, easy to navigate, and usually has everything I'm looking for! Nothing wildly different from a normal Target, but the parking is easy, it rarely feels overcrowded, and that's honestly enough to keep me coming back. Also, I really love their quick grab and go snack bar. They have lots of dietary friendly snacks there which is the best!

Two years ago I had my car in at Lex Brodies for its annual service and safety check and when I asked them why the mileage service indicator hadn't been changed they said it most likely was because the battery was low and should be replaced.....cost $400. Ah I said not this week mainly because I had no warning that it was low or drag starting the car. Two years later...still no warning but after a Costco run, a park stop with Mimi and an afternoon run to Target my car was dead in the pickup parking lot. Now that warning light was flashing...what kind of warning was that? Called Battery Bill's and was told they had moved from the Mapunapuna location, closing that store and the Nimitz store incorporating both locations into a "superstore" in north Kalihi. Easy to find once I got my son, his jumper cables and his jeep to start me, I drove to Moonui Street. Right on the corner of Waikamilo & Moonui across from the Texaco just pulled into the lot, walked into the store and told the associate why, what and how I came to be there. They asked me to pull into an open bay and a young man came out, tested my battery advising it was indeed gasping. I was as surprised as he was when he told me it was the original battery that came when I purchased the car in 2019. No wonder they said two years previously I might need a replacement. At that point I was told to go back into the store and they would tell me all the options available. I went with the Battery Bill's brand as I had it previously in my Jaguar and my husband's corvette. Paid a total of $159 which included installation. When I left less than 30 minutes I was just as happy as my car was. Great experience, fantastic customer service, highly recommended.

My motherboard and a few things broke in my PC that I built 4 years ago. Our first interaction was very helpful and he got me quoted pretty decently and had a set price for the rebuild. From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. Korey did an awesome job with this rebuild, entire setup was clean, cables were very organised, and he gave me specs and even offered advice on how to make the rebuild more efficient. He delivered the PC back to my house and the rest was history. Highly recommend Korey for all your PC needs. He really knows his stuff.

Korey responded quickly and got my desktop up and running again. The value of the work is incredible--I expected to pay an arm and a leg, but it genuinely feels like I received more than I could have asked for. Installation has caused nothing but headaches.****…read more This company was contracted to install 65" TV's. Installation was sub-par. They decided to use extron controllers and extron wall plates (UTP-HDMI $1000 per set) instead of just HDMI cables. The connection was only 27". Needless to say extron controllers are all failing only 2 years later. The wall plates were toothless so the HDMI cables would constantly slip out and lose connection. Went to their shop they told me we could buy the newer version for even more. To add a cherry on top, they installed the TV's on standard wall mounts, instead of accordion brackets supposedly to save money on installation. Requiring you to unmount the 65" TV just to get to the connections. How about not use extron controllers next time. So I am gutting the failing systems replacing them with 2 x 30" HDMI cables and 2 port HDMI wall plates. Total cost per room $30. 1/10th of the price I was quoted on for replacing just half the broken extron controller system.

One thing that I can rely on is the best service from T-Mobile and though along with their app you're able to not just receive great deals and swag every Tuesday but to manage your service by adding on services like "One-time Data Pass" which starts from 24hrs for $3 to 30 days for $50 of unlimited international calling which we needed nothing permanent is nice to just have for convenience. There are some services that you can't access via app a simple visit to the store which I did have some questions regarding my billing and changes that I made does take some time and just wanted to be sure it's be changed and T-Mobile Expert Zayuh P did just that and more. My bestie from decades ago did the research and told me that T-Mobile is the best for service and I do agree and thankfully and grateful have been faithful to them ever since. Thank you!
