DO NOT GO HERE. Full scam and ripoff... i purposely had a had a professional shop in langley mark my differential bolt . These idiots claim I'm low on fluid and have metal shavings in my differential. The bolt hasn't been moved or even loosened. Full scam and lie. Also they said I brought my motorcycle to them . Are you serious . Who would bring there motorcycle to this garbage place. Seriously sad. Never again will I come there. Really my motorcycle lol. Just wow. I REPEAT TURN AND RUN . Be careful when you pay by debit here!! There is a tip option on their debit machine. I sent my teenage New driver to get my oil changed, and she thought it was mandatory to tip since it came up during payment, so she tipped. Since when did tipping become a thing for oil changes?! Have brought 2 vehicles in for years for oil changes. Last few times things have been left unfinished. Air filter covers off or not latched, in engine bay and car. Last time the oil plug was not tightened. By the time I realized it was my car at work that was leaking, I was down 2 and a half litres of oil. Had it fixed and topped up close to work, the mechanics gave a full report and confirmed the problem. I called and explained, left my info, no call. I visited and gave them the report, no call back. This has been going on for just shy of 2 weeks, not holding my breath they will get back to me. Mistakes happen, when they do you take care of it and move on. I will be doing my own oil changes from now on. read more

Don't trust them. We were left on the side of the road due to oil leaking from their shoddy oil change; according to the mechanic servicing our vehicle afterwards - whoever changed our oil last didn't tighten the filter properly leading to a serious leak which caused our oil light to turn on and may have damaged our engine. We were lucky it didn't happen on the highway. Greater Toronto Oil Change is not so good at oil changes. When we informed them of what had happened, instead of an apology they denied any responsibility. As slimy as they come. read more

I found the guys really honest who work here. Especially being a women sometimes auto body shops can tend to take you for a ride. I had left over oil in my car they used that and topped me up and charged a fair price. I'll go back again. I recommended them to a friend as well. read more

As my Jeep was approaching 9000km without an oil change I needed to get something done quick quick and as I drove along Lakeshore in south Etobicoke I passed this spot and pulled a quick U-turn figuring I could get my service done on the cheap and fast. Its the same concept as a Mr. Lube, actually I'm pretty sure that these are just Mr. Lubes with a different colour scheme and logo. It was the exact same service, same pushy sales reps/mechanics pushing cabin filters/tranny flushes/synthetic oils AND the same inflated prices as Mr. Lube. Therefore Great Canadian Oil Change is Mr. Lube. The guy servicing me was super nice, however I had some sinking suspicion that it was the kind of nice someone is right before they screw you over. I'm nervous. You know where they claim to be doing you a favour on the "down low." I dunno, maybe I'm just jaded from past experiences at similar establishments. If my car survives to it's next oil change and nothing bad happens, I'd consider giving them an extra star based on the fact that I was in and out in 20 minutes. However, due to pricing, I can't say this is my best option in future. read more

Scale here because the review I read were predominantly very good. I arrived at the location 10 mins before the official opening and despite that, the mechanic greeted me and invited me to drive in for the service. Very cordial, engaging in a light conversation, the guy made me feeling comfortable right away. He diligently collect my info and proceeded to inspect the vehicle to determine if all was good and whether or not I needed a service. Turned out I didn't, and didn't took advantage of the situation and let me go without pay a penny for the time he spent for the due diligence (trust me, I say this because it happened to me). Surely when the time will come, I'll rerun here to have my care serviced. Pleasantly satisfied. Way to go guys. read more

To paraphrase that old Robin Williams skit about the origin of golf I went to TGCOC "10 F***ING times! (google his Golf schtick) After the 10th visit I got my free oil change. All of the experiences were great except for #7 when the lead guy pops up from under my car with a little container of what he said was dirty transmission oil. His comment was that i was in need of a tranny flush. My reply was that this was really weird since within the last 15000 KM I had just had my mechanic change my tranny fluid, including a proper flush. Tranny fluid last 80K + "Oh" he said. He knew he had been caught faking the need for a flush. When I mentioned this to my mechanic he said that it was not possible to take just a sample, you either drained the tranny or you left it alone. I went back 2 more times to get my free oil change but my trust in them was gone and I will not be returning. BTW....prices should now be around $50 for synthetic not in the $80 range. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change! Marcus and his guys are amazing, honest, and very friendly! There was no pushy up-sell that I have experienced with some of the bigger chains. This is an owner-operator business and you can tell Marcus takes great pride in his work! The oil change was fast and professional. They didnt try to sell me any extra service. I guess thats a good thing, get tired of saying No thanks. They also gave a free car wash coupon. However unlike some other people nobody offered me water or coffee..not that it matters.. overall quite decent but bit expensive for a simple oil change $42 Plus after tax. read more

Went there today 10/6/2015 paid $124 for a fully synthetic oil and filter change on my Volvo XC90 they were fast professional and provided air pressure check topped off my washer fluid and inspected a prior oil leak I had repaired a few months back upon my request. 5 stars friendly service as well. I read a prior comment about being charged to remove a plastic cover from under the engine, they removed mine and I was not charged. Will definitely go back again. read more

The place is very clean and the oil change was pretty fast, the only thing I didn't appreciate was I took my car for oil change and the mechanic asked me to drive thru the car lift, I ask him if he could do that because I would be afraid miss calculate the lift and cause an accident, Both mechanics told me that I should be able to do it  since a blond lady got it done before. This is not a way to treat a first time client But anyhow its not a big deal read more
