Spoke to Greg and booked the appointment same day. Dropped off the car didn't expect much except for what needs to be done. Mind you I am very particular with my cars so I'll know if they have done a good job or not. When I picked up the car, Greg actually told me they have done more than what I've asked for as there were more needed, but billed me the same price and he put down what else are having deficiencies so I'm aware of what may come next. Overall, super friendly, know what they do and don't scam people. I wish there are more mechanics like them!

They charged me $600 to chance the coil, it was running ok, but then 2 days after the car started shaking again. I took my car back to the mechanic and he said he was going to check it. After 2 days the Asian guy called me and told me that I needed to replace the injectors and it was going to cost $1800, just at this moment I decided to check their reviews and saw some horrible reviews about them so I decided to pick up my car and they charged me another $200 just to check it and didn't fix anything. They charged me $800 in total and didn't fix my car. So I went to another different mechanic to get another diagnosis. They checked my car and realized that the coil that the Asian guy replaced was defected and changed it, after that my car is running perfectly and they only charged me $300

A month later while driving up the 404, my ENGINE OIL light came on. I got off the highway and pulled over to check what happened. My car was spilling oil like crazy. I called a tow to have it brought to my driveway, once we were able to lift my vehicle we saw that the oil plug/screw was gone and all the oil in my car came pouring out. If anyone knows anything about cars once this is probably one of or is the worst thing tbat can happen to it. They didn't screw it in properly. I called Jiffy Lube Newmarket to explain what happend and they sent two men to come and fix my car since they were the ones that royally screwed up. When those two men arrived they had no jack to lift my car to fix it. I have to PROVIDE them my own jack! Once they fixed it the asked me to come to their location tomorrow to do another oil change and to check everything one more time while also covering the cost of my tow. The manager did another oil change on my car the following day. I asked him to double check to make sure everything was secure. I also has to ask him to change the information on my papers multiple times because he cannot spell my name or get my license plate correct after repeating myself multiple times. Two days ago I was driving my car and the cover underneath my car fell off... The manager cannot even attach a cover properly so I dont even want to know what he did with my oil change.This place has destroyed a 2020 Honda Civic with 80,000km. I had to get a new car because I genuinely don't know how safe my vehicle is anymore let alone all the other issues that were about to come if I keep it. I went on their website to the contact page and filled out a form to have someone contact me, it's been 3 days and I haven't heard a thing. They are the worst mechanics I've ever been to. I started coming here because I was told they give great quick service but if they are going to give quick service they are not paying attention to what they are doing. Im disgusted and disappointed.
