Super sweet! Unfortunately, the phone customer service at Jim's STINKS. The first woman who answered sounded half asleep, insisted they don't have anything but alcohol, and then hung up on me when I mentioned the website says they also have some snack and convenience items! When I called back someone else answered, was equally as rude and sleepy and said "We mostly sell alcohol." I said YES, I know, but I'd like to add some snack items. She got defensive and annoyed when I confused her for the first person (they both sounded asleep so easy to assume they're the same person!), and started insisting delivery was gone for the night. I explained that someone would pickup, that I don't need delivery, and asked why is she being rude in addition to the first person hanging up on me? I asked for her name, to which she replied "why do you need my name?" I was transferred to the first girl who said she had a customer come in and so she hung up on me since delivery is gone for the night anyway. Ummmm. You can't put someone on hold?? Really poor customer service. I was planning on dropping some serious coin to ensure my friends bday weekend in MV was made more enjoyable by my large gift basket. "Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now." I certainly hope "Jim" or whoever owns this place takes a look at who he has working in the evening and answering phones. I had gotten new tires/brakes put on the car at different points over the winter. Right before the 4th of July, my engine start shaking and so my boyfriend brought the car in on Tuesday, June 24th. We had had off island plans for the holiday but didn't hear anything from the guys at the garage so we pivoted plans, not a huge deal. 2 weeks went by with one or two texts that said "we'll call with an update" however, no call was received. 3 weeks in, they called and said they couldn't duplicate the problem but found and issue with a wheel bearing- we asked that they not fix the wheel bearing but just see if they could diagnose the engine problem. When nothing was still done about the engine, my boyfriend went on YouTube and sent the mechanics videos on common fixes..... It is now July 31st, we picked up the car and have been charged $800 for..... wheel bearings, spark plugs, labor and parts. Half of which we had asked them not to fix, the other half that should have been an easy enough fix that didn't take a month and a half of absolutely no communication. I will happily pay what is fair but this is so wrong on so many levels I cannot fathom spending another dime here, nor should you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The reason this is the case is because it seems like some stations have lower fuel quality than others. This Cumberland Farms in East Falmouth has to be the best place to fuel in the area. It has self service pumps which tend to be quick. The station itself is easy to get in and out of and the staff is generally polite. The convenience store here is large and has a ton of items. Yes the price is pretty high, but what can you expect from a gas station. Overall, this is just a gas station, but it beats fueling up down the road. I have found that my tank lasts longer when I fuel here at this station, unlike some other stations.

I went in the bathroom with my daughter (the bathroom was disgusting.( There was blood in the toilet like it hasn't been cleaned all day the floor was filthy) and one of the workers named idel was being very rude. He started talking to the other customers about me going into the bathroom with my daughter. My husband asked him to mind his business. He astold my husband that it's his store and he could do whatever he wants, and then started, shoving his badge in my husband's face which is completely unacceptable and not OK !!!! By the time we ended up paying for our items he was swearing at us and telling us that he can't wait for us to write him up because it's his that nothing will happen to him. The other cashier working there from 4 to 12. He was really respectful. Check this out with no problem and apologize for the whole situation and said that he normally doesn't work with the person and said that he hopes we have a good night. Idel just needs to really work on his customer service And learn not to be yelling and swearing at customers specially when they have their child with them.
