DO NOT leave your car or leave any items in your car. I say this because I had a microfiber towel I left in my car and it was gone when I got in. Not a big deal but they shouldn't be stealing. I found Moyaho after doing a Google search for a mobile car wash. I skimmed their Facebook page initially, but finally decided to give Carlos a call after seeing that Moyaho had a few reviews on Yelp. I use Yelp regularly so I felt more comfortable hiring him after seeing that other people had positive experiences with him. Initially, I sent a message to the Moyaho business account via Facebook, but eventually I ended up speaking to Carlos by phone. I told him I wanted an interior detail and a basic exterior wash. He explained what the service would entail and the costs associated with each. After speaking with Carlos I decided to hire him. He seemed affable and exuded good energy. Carlos followed up via text confirming the time and cost of the service the night before the appointment. The next morning he called to ask if he could come earlier than our initially scheduled appointment. I'd told him that I was still working from home so I assume he figured I'd have no objections. I met Carlos and his colleague upon arrival once they'd pulled up in the driveway. I mentioned a couple areas that he might find troublesome and Carlos assured me that he'd do his best to get everything as clean as possible. I have light colored seats and Carlos made me aware that there could be yellow spots that form once the area is cleaned. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to be miracle workers. My car was really dirty so anything they did would be a much needed improvement. They worked for about two hours before finally calling to say that they were finished. Carlos pointed out everything they'd done and surprisingly they'd gotten the car nearly spotless! They really did a great job! I am more than satisfied with how the car turned out. Growing up my grandfather always washed my car. I can honestly say my car hasn't been this clean since he passed away ten years ago. The interior detail was $145 + $10 for the headlight restoration and $25 for the basic exterior wash. I paid via Zelle (which was very convenient) and tipped both gentleman $20 for their hard work. They were professional, efficient, prompt, thorough and pleasant. I'd gladly hire Carlos again and/or refer him to others.

Upon entering & paying for a car wash I requested a receipt for the CASH money I spent. I was…read moreinformed that they don't provide receipts. I requested a manger and was not moving my vehicle until I was given a receipt. The young man cursed me out called me all types of names. I just remained in the lane until I was given a receipt. Because I was the first in line I guess another vehicle could not continue until I moved, I refused to leave without a receipt. Another guy came out with an attitude mind you, and said we don't provide receipts, I told him you took my cash money I want a receipt. He said just move your car, I said I wasn't moving until I got a receipt. He said I'm going to call the police, instructed him to do so. I wasn't moving until I got a receipt for the CASH I just spent. He put cones behind my vehicle to let the other cars coming in to go to the next lane. Mind you there are two lanes. After I saw that he was going to allow the other lane of cars to go ahead of me, I blocked both lanes. Again, he said he was going to call the police, I said call them, I am not moving until I have a receipt for the cash I just paid to get my vehicle washed. We went back & forth, I just rolled my window up and ignored him. Eventually, he produced a receipt for the cash I paid. Then said I couldn't get my car washed. I said that's fine, but you are going to give me my money back. As I proceeded to the car washing bay he put up cones to block my entry. He instructed me to pull over. I said I would but I needed my cash back. He realized I was serious and went in their tip jar I guess, and gave me my cash money back. I am certain he realized he was losing a lot of business when he saw all the cars turning around because the line wasn't moving. I will say at least 10-15 cars turned around all over a receipt which he produced in the end. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location ever again. I didn't like how the young boy cursed me. He had no respect for a senior citizen. He needs to learn some type of respect to customers especially senior citizens. All of this over a receipt that was eventually given to me. Just ignorant & stupid. I hope they learn a lesson. When a customer requests a receipt, just give it to them.
