These guys definitely saw gold. Sold me a 2013 chevy, 1,500 down with a crazy monthly payment with 30% INTEREST. Not even a week or two later my check engine light popped up and I discovered my car had NO oil. Called them out immediately and told them they needed to check my car as well as fix the issue. I was brought in to sign a waiver before they could do or look at anything, stating "I couldn't sue them". The guy who had sold me the chevy (his name was Garrett I believe) claimed he had never told me they "topped my oil off". Is that not part of basic maintenance? Seriously couldn't believe these guys. They had cleared everything in this car. Coincidentally, my oil light was never able to pop up either. Which is not only insanely dangerous, but incredibly fishy. This was a constant issue. Auto credit sales also partners with pheonix financial. HORRIBLE bank. Had the worst problems with payments. Would never answer my questions or concerns either. The payments i was making were not reporting to my credit or bank!! Insanity ‍ This place is definitely a predatory dealer. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone ESPECIALLY first buyers!! Do not waste your time or money here!

I had three other towing companies state they could not even gain access to my driver. I found Megan and T&T on the internet. She assured me that it would take a bit of time, but her Tow drivers are the best and don't quit and I would have my driver and truck back on the road.
