Every now and then you might have to wait a couple minutes for a pump to free up but it's not the norm. This gas station is located right next to an ice cream parlor. This gas station has been here for many many years. Good location just before making your way into New Haven where the stations are scarce. They also have an air pump to fill up your tires that are low on air.

The store is relatively clean and organized. The staff is usually efficient, but there does seem to be quite a turnover. I didn't realize it was inside the Gulf initially but there are a ton of signs so easy to find. I walked up, and was immediately greeted by the guy working there, even though it was 4 pm on a weekday. I took a second to look at the menu and went for the spicy cluckin sandwich. In hindsight, I wish I also got the fries but next time. The person working was incredibly nice, asked me how I found the place, thanked me for stopping in, and let me know my order would be ready in 10 min. I looked through the other gas station items while waiting, and my order was ready in closer to 5-6 min, hot and fresh! The sandwich was incredible. I loved the flavored ranch, and they stayed true to the "spicy" part of the spicy cluckin with a generous number of jalapenos. The chicken itself was crisp and juicy and flavorful. Next time I have to go to FedEx, I will definitely be stopping here to try more things on the menu!

We were warm and toasty again by the evening.
