Chose this Valvoline for an oil change bc I had gotten a Groupon. It saved me around $30 with it. I was going to go to the location at the outlet mall but it was about a 45 min wait. This one was 6 min away and no wait. All three who tended to my car were great. Very helpful and welcoming. Not salesy and pushy either. They let me know everything they changed and did and also showed me the filter. It was very easy and non stressful getting my oil change here. I'm very happy I went with them. read more

Just stopped by because my car notified me I needed to add oil. I have an oil package with my dealership but stopped to ask if I could buy oil by the quart. They took me right in and were extremely helpful and showed me everything they were doing. Allowed me to buy 2 quarts. I would return in the future when I need oil changes. read more

As a follow up to my prior review this is a quote from the Mercedes dealer to fix Valvoline's work. "Oil level corrected during service found pvc and purge hoses detached from engine intact pipe from turbo to air filter detached and no drain plug seal found on oil drain plug". Valvoline must use untrained labor and the manager seemed to care less. Stay away as eventually they may destroy someone's engine. read more

I went to Valvoline today for the first time because my boyfriend works at one of their store up north and at first they wouldn't honor his discount which I accepted from the manager (Johnnie) and then he (the manager) goes on to tell me he can give me a 20% off. So I ask "how's that better than the 29% Groupon gives me?" He starts talking down to me in a condescending manner and says "obviously YOU don't know how Groupon works!" I'm like "Excuse me. I've used Groupon for years and YOU don't need to talk to me like that." I asked him to just simply answer me how 20% was better than 29% (in case there was something about his 20% coupon that made it a better deal) and he started acting stupid. He said, "I don't know" with a smirk. Either this guy failed math class or he just saw a woman and didn't want to help. He clearly didn't want my business and at this point I had wasted 10 minutes just trying to get the best deal off of the most expensive oil change they have. I got so upset I left because when the manager is that rude it can only go down from there! Don't go to this place, they don't care about their customers or earning your business. They'll also try to talk you out of the best option cause they'll treat you like you're stupid. What a disappointment. read more

Best place I've had an oil change by far! The professionalism, teamwork, and team communication is second to none. This place is a very well run outstanding business with short wait and I hope they stay that way. It was also a pleasant surprise to see the hard working women on the team and everyone seems to like their job too. Thank you Valvoline. Customers may want to use the Groupon $35 discount for full synthetic oil change. In addition, the staff was low pressure and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Excellent experience at Valvoline. I dread having to get my oil changed & other maintenance done when it comes time. I hate making appointments & hate dealerships. Valvoline makes it easy to avoid both of those. On my recent visit 8/4/23, Michael the manager helped figure out exactly what I needed for my car's maintenance at 15k miles. He and the rest of the staff were very friendly in manner, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and a fuel additive. Michael checked my cabin air filter as it was due to be changed by my manual's direction. However, he showed me the filter and advised I could check it again at my next oil change, it was not very dirty currently. We all know this would not be the case at the dealership! & I appreciate Michael's honesty. Additionally, Michael took the time & walked me through what to expect from my car in response to the fuel additive. Had he not I would have been freaking out. I have been to other valvoline locations previously and have never had a bad experience. This one was exceptional, which warranted this review! I'll definitely be back in 5k miles! read more

Let me just say I don't usually post reviews BUT this has to be said...BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL There is a s no way to do a negative star or I would. We took my daughter's car here for an oil change, and the service person couldn't get the dipstick back in the tube. After several attempts by multiple other service techs, they still couldn't get it back in and then managed to break the dipstick off inside the dipstick tube. The manager Joe Vega wrote up a service request and said they would order a new tube and let us know when it came in and they would make the repair. They have both the phone number and email to let us know, but we NEVER received any kind of follow up from them. When I went in to ask them about it, they tried telling me that they had made several attempts and left voicemails. The same manager Joe Vega, now says he told us that he was only going to replace the dipstick. That they won't repair the tube in which they broke the dipstick off inside. This is an ABSOLUTE LIE. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAIR WHAT THEY BROKE. Even got their customer care team involved and they won't take responsibility. read more

HORRIBLE, I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY VALVOLINE LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I just moved to the Land O Lakes area and decided to support a local business and get an oil change at my local Valvoline quick lube, instead of driving 25minutes to my old area to do it. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The untrained workers released my skid plate and never tacked it back up, I drove and it dragged on the ground unknowingly to me. As soon as I realized it, I brought it straight back in. The supervisor and assistant manager checked and admitted fault. They told me to contact Valvoline and they would send them a skid plate and it would be replaced. Great, or so I thought. Three days later the manager of the local place, that wasn't there when I brought it in, called me and said he wasn't paying for anything. When I explained to him that his supervisor and asst. manager already took responsibility for the damage and agreed to fix it. All he told me was, they shouldn't have done that, he wasn't paying to fix it and that was that. HORRIBLE PLACE, NEVER TRUST, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
