Shysters. Do not go here. Once they take possession of your car to begin the inspection they are in control and will fail you for even the smallest subjective thing in an effort to generate easy money for themselves. Avoid unless riding on fumes. I pulled in and the pumps didn't even work. Plus, their current gas price is 2.99 for gas when the Gulf a little ways up is 2.55 (Gulf is famous for fleecing people)... and most other stations in the area are around 2.33. Horrible price gouge, avoid! If you're absolutely on E and have high tolerance, just drop $5 to get you to the next station. read more

Very professional, respectful, honest and knowledgeable owner (Tony). He always checks everything very thoroughly and thoughtfully. And always very honest about the cost of parts and labor (I have known quite a few others who were not, unfortunately). What a strange place! I needed gas so I pulled in. The prices here are very high so I put 5 bucks in just to get me down the street to a cheaper gas station. While getting gas all I could hear were men screaming....This place must be Arabic owned. I visited Lebanon 10 years ago while getting my Doctorate in Israel. I recognized the filthy swears. Went for inspection. Was told all was fine except for a burned out license plate bulb. Took all of a minute to change a bulb that costs $2.50, and charged $15.00. What a rip-off. What can you expect from a place that charges more than $4 for gas when current prices are about $2.55? Would give negative stars if it was possible. Will go for inspection elsewhere from now on. Update: If you do go there for inspection, and they tell you that "you have a lightbulb out", ask to see it before agreeing to having them replace it. read more

The gas light was on, so I stopped here. Very overpriced. Just a few yards down the road was a station 40 cents cheaper. I had thought Mobil would be better than Gulf because Gulf is usually overpriced. I feel kinda stupid now! You live you learn! read more

During lunch breaks, I got both my cars inspected here and on each, they found one small light bulb out. Charged $10 for one and $15 for the other (which I removed myself in 2 seconds while the mechanic stood there.) the bulbs go for $3 a pair at any parts store. I argued my point and they simply said if I don't buy the light, they have to fail me. Can't believe I let them hose me just so I wouldn't have to go back. Terrible business practice and shame on me for going back that second time. read more

Prices are literally a DOLLAR per gallon higher than other stations in town.

They charge almost a whole dollar more per gallon for regular than most other stations in the area. Absolutely unbelievable.

Got my car inspected here when we were new in town. They said it would not pass unless they replaced the wiper blades. The blades i has were heavy duty and were just fine. No streaks even. I said ok of course ans the blades they put on were thin and don't stay in contact with the surface of the glass. Good thing i kept the old ones. It's clear - they're just dishonest. read more

Avoid!!! I'd give this place zero stars if I could. This place is run by con artist. The guys in the garage are beyond rude. They tried to charge me $10 to look, not fix, at my brake light. Absolutely horrible service. Plus the gas is the most expensive gas in town. The gulf station or Sudbury automotive (both less than 1 mile away) are far cheaper. read more

Every negative review is TRUE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The pic of wacky gas prices is funny by another reviewer. they are high but not that. I stopped in for an inspection, like others. While the guy was getting started, another customer came in. Had a rejection sticker and paperwork. warning sign #1. On my car, inspection guy comes over and tells me my license plate holders are illegal. they cover Massachusetts and the "spirit of Massachusetts" at the bottom. I will fail. Ok technically accurate. so I say "well it's passed every other year with those and everyone else passed it" so he says "I'M NOT EVERYONE ELSE" and then says "we're proud to be in Massachusetts, we don't need to cover it up" what a complete and utter ****. I was born here, raised here. grew up right near where his business is. So he takes my plates holders off. I watch him like a hawk. does he chock the wheels when testing the reverse lights as he does not have someone sit in it with the foot on the brake? no. what if the brake did not hold? car would roll out of his bay. my car passes luckily. no reason to fail it. but please, for your own sake STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

YA, I've added this place to my "black list". I brought my newer Toyota there for an inspection. It came out with a rejection sticker. I said to myself "no way, this car is in tip top shape". Of course I asked why. The technician pointed to a 1/2 inch tear on the outer edge of the passenger side windshield wiper. Yup, your heard it here first. I was soooo mad. He stated he could sell me a blade for $16.99 and put a sticker on for me (re-inspect). I may have done that if he had come and told me before putting the sticker on, but this was after he stuck the big red "R" on my window. I did not go anywhere, just pacing around outside in front of the bay. No thanks I said, went to the parts store, purchased the same blade for 9 bucks, went back and got my passing inspection sticker. They have to follow standards I know, but come on....passenger side...2' tear..safety issue? Me thinks not. read more

I have been having my cars inspected at this Mobil station for 11 years and have never had an issue. $10 to replace a light bulb is not uncommon in the industry. My low beam bulbs cost $6 at Autozone, $15 at any dealer or repair shop, they are in business to make money remember.. I recommend that you check your car over before your inspection if you want to replace your own bulbs. read more

DONT GO HERE FOR GAS! Not paying attention we filled up our car not realizing they are charging $3.40 a gallon for regular when the local average price is $2.50 right now (nov 2017). They are price gouging without a doubt and counting on people not being aware of the prices. read more
