I had no say in it. They scheduled an appointment for 12 noon on February 18. At 12:30 and 1 o'clock I was calling and sending emails trying to get a hold of somebody but could not at 2:20. The gentleman texted me and said he had just finished a bike assembly and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come out for our appointment that was scheduled for 12 to 2. I disagreed with him and told him it was for 12 noon and that I had found someone else. He became obnoxious and said he was going to bill me and send me to collections for what I don't know. He is aggressive. Takes for ever and threatened me if I left a bad review. I do not recommend him and would advise to stay away.

I agree with so many who posted negative reviews. MBP's business model is a rip off as it relates to the mandatory charge at $49.99 above what is needed to be done for him to go over your ebike. It is purely a deploy to get more profit while he is at your home. If he were smart-legit, he would do this extra 10 to 15 minutes of work for free and then provide an estimate for anything he might find. Many who need mobile service are using their ebike as their main transportation and live week to week financially. If you question the cost, then he ghosts you. He has never been able to build his business the way he wanted to, evident by him still being the only one in the field. He is the epitome of way too many his age as it relates to being bitter and thinking the world owes him based on his business venture failures over his life. read more

He is very knowledgable about his craft, he was professional, courteous and saved me money by recommending some things I could do on my own, to save money. Don't usually write reviews good or bad, unless the company goes above and beyond or in this case below the belt. Mobile Bike Pro was in our neighborhood doing "free" bike inspections. I had a flat tire which needed the tube replacement (bad stem) and the throttle was sticking. Left my bike for a couple of hours and then got the call it was ready for pickup. My husband went to get the bike and was told the tube had been changed, it needed a new throttle and the chain needed to be replaced. Said all that could be done during a home visit and they would call to set up a time. Scheduled a visit and decided to have my husband's bike looked at as well. Turns out he also needed a new chain but not surprised as our bike are the same age. Oh, and he only had 1 of the chains he used on my bike so my husband got one that was supposed to be the best. Almost $500 later everything is "fixed". Unfortunately it was 2 weeks before we could ride again. Got up this morning for our weekly group ride and my bike won't move. Turns out my tire is flat again. Put in air but it is escaping out the stem again. Husband gets on his bike and the chain is all jacked up. We get it aligned up on the sprocket and he tries to ride again. Evidently the chain is too wide and won't stay on. Did some major damage to the paint on the frame. Called to speak with William this morning and told him what was happening. He quickly said he didn't change any tubes during the inspection. I said we were told it was changed and he immediately told me I needed to calm down and change my attitude. Needless to say that set me off in a whole new playing field and I decided is was best to cut off the call before I said anything I would regret. So that being said I would not recommend anyone use this company unless you just have money to throw away. read more

The guy who runs this company is a total hoax. William has been to my house countless times And I STILL DON'T HAVE A BIKE TO RIDE. He was hired to convert an adult tricycle to an e-trike. He spent an hour on the phone convincing me that he knew his business. The first visit was supposed to take a few hours. He was there all day and still had to come back. After every visit, the bike was still not functioning the way it should. He had to come back multiple times!! He ended up ordering a new kit, blaming the kit for the problems, and even that didn't work. Bottom line is he doesn't know as much as he pretends to know and I'm out $1200 because his last visit he left rudely in a huff and said he would not refund my money!! Wish I had bought a brand new trike now!! I will fight him to the end. See you in court William. I don't have $1200 to just throw away to someone who pretends to know the business!! read more

Stay clear of this company. This company was called to changed the tube in my bike tire. He was unable to do this as stated was glues to the rim and then wanted me to purchase 2 new rims and tires for about $600.00. Then I post a review on Google and owner denied . NOT sure where to start...BUT...STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND COMPANY! William came out to my place of Employment...which is also the place I'm staying as a Fulltime RVer. I have an e-bike that had issues and wanted it to be diagnosed. Besides being unprofessional and bringing his barking dog along...HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He showed up saying about an hour visit...spent maybe 1/2 hour of that at his vehicle...and was only here for maybe 40 minutes. HAVE WITNESS TO THAT! He looked at the bike and stated he's never worked on my brand before...which on phone he said "I can fix any e-bike". It was obvious he didn't. His knowledge was very poor! I stood waiting for him to do anything...then he goes back to his older Porsche SUV and just stands there again taking a drink telling his barking dog to hush. I walk over to get him back to figuring my bike out and he states he doesn't have the proper tools to diagnose and that he couldn't fix it anyway. WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED?!? He then walks with me back to the bike and states to trade my bike in and he can sell me one of his bikes. I asked why I would do that having a bike already. He said "well I would take your bike and turn it into a racer style". Now I'm standing confused and lost! He then states he would give me $100 or so for my bike cause it's broke and not worth anything...after saying he'd take it to turn it into a "racer"! He then proceeds to show me bikes for well over $3000 as I state I'm not paying anything for another bike as I have one already that I thought he could fix. He states it would cost more to tear apart and fix than it's worth and tries to talk me into yet again buying a bike from him. Now I'm just mad! He then tries to tell me all the things wrong with my bike when I'm now done with this whole ordeal! I grabbed my bike to put it away as he is still trying to sell me! He then states he will send me an invoice by email! WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED! AGAIN...WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED?!? He also stated that he would send an invoice with parts to repair my bike...which he stated he couldn't repair! So I'm lost completely over that!!! Not but 12 hours after he's here he texts me stating there will be a $10 a day late fee until paid or he will contact a law firm and come take my bike! Now I feel threatened! YET AGAIN...WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED?!? You did absolutely NOTHING! You stated several times you didn't have the right tools! You stated several times you have never worked on a bike like mine! You stated several times you couldn't fix it! SO I SAY AGAIN...WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED?!? Now he still threatens to come steal my bike! Authorities are notified and Better Business Bureau has been contacted! It's obvious by your reviews that I'm NOT the first person you have done this to! I question the reviews I've read thus far. I found William to be amazing at what he does. That's all that actually matters. Calling out someone's personality is just childish. I needed a bike repaired and tweeked so that I could ride it. I was in an e-bike accident a while ago and William helped me get past my fear/trauma so I could once again ride a bike. Most people could care less about such things. William did care and went out of his way to get me back on a bike and facing my trauma head on. Does that sound like a rude man to you?
