He tightened every single nut and screw on my bicycle he tested every single part of my bicycle and he even test drove my bicycle. If you are getting a new bike and Are not comfortable assembling it yourself then you need to choose Velofix of Orlando as your bicycle assembler. You will not be disappointed. So I reviewed these idiots last month complaining about the exorbitant fees they charge: $400 for a basic tune and a new tire. This guy Chad reaches out and offers me a partial refund of $69.99. Of course I accepted and thanked him. A week goes by, nothing. Then I get an email asking if it's okay to accept a store credit for $100. I say no. I want the cash. That's what you offered. I pointed out that the refund was his idea and that to renege and offer me a store credit was shady. I still haven't received the money. read more

I have a Canyon Aeroad CF SLX that was frame warranty and needed all components transferred from the old frame to the new frame. I had the technician come to the house twice and left my $6500 bike in horrible shape. The technician did not have the proper tools, knowledge (of internal Canyon wiring), or support system (could not get hold of his reps). The bike was eventually brought to another shop and the damage is extensive along with a scratched new frame. If you have a basic bike I guess Velofix Orlando can work on it but do not give them your expensive bike. What a terrible service! I made an appointment to have a technician come to our home and I booked it three weeks in advance. Now I receive an email unilaterally from them saying they're changing my schedule for no reason I called and they said if I don't like that time then it'll be another three weeks for me to wait. Totally unacceptable. The operator was nice but had no information and couldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

What an unbelievably great service! I had a flat tire on my Walmart Special bicycle, and I couldn't find the size of innertube I needed to fix it myself. I found out about Cooper and Velofix through a neighbor on Nextdoor. This is a legit rolling bike garage! He fixed my flat and tweaked some minor things for an incredibly reasonable price, and they have a whole "contactless" process for COVID safety. I'm a repeat, happy customer. I originally purchased an eBike on Amazon that was a total mess. It was damaged and had missing parts. I don't have a car and didn't know how I was going to be able to take it to a bike shop for it to be fixed. ** Then I discovered Velofix which drives their bike shop van to you! I scheduled an appointment online. Jay took a look and showed me how it wasn't safe to ride without replacement parts. He wouldn't repair it unless it meant I would actually be safe. You know you're working with good folks when they put the customer's safety first. ** Jay also mentioned that Velofix has a couple used eBikes where the funds go to the local Special Olympics Florida Triathlon Team. The price was great and they were happy to let me do a test ride for free. (And offering to come back again if I wanted to buy it later.) Service is very convenient since they come to you. I was initially happy with the service until I had to put air in the tires. Velofix replaced my presta valve with a standard valve tire. I wish they had said something or asked. Both of my air pumps are for presta valves. Ended up having to skip the ride in order to go buy a new pump. Not a huge deal but it ended up being an unnecessary inconvenience and hassle. read more
