Absolutely will not ever use or recommend this groomer to anyone! When the groomer arrived half an hour late, he requested a towel for her safety and asked what I wanted done. I explained what she usually gets done, the clipper guards that have always been used on her body and showed him a picture. She was brought back to my door within 30 minutes (should have been brushed, bathed, and hair cut). Once he left and she finished her zoomies, I could tell how bad the groom was. She had blood on ALL FOUR feet (3 from nails being cut too short and one from a cut on the side of one of her pads). The hair was uneven all over her body. Her face is completely messed up, her topknot was extremely short in one spot and way too long in others and her tail not even trimmed. The hair in her ears wasn't cleaned out and I don't think she has even had an actual bath, just been sprayed. The ears, I requested to be rounded and shorter, but they were not even. She, honestly looked better before her grooming. I had to get products to treat her toe pad and go see a walk-in to a groomer to at least have her face fixed. Yes, she can be a bit wiggly at times; however, she had the recommended puppy cuts beginning at 8 weeks old and then full grooms every 6-8 weeks after she was 6 months old. She has never come home hurt or looking like this. Groomers have nicked her skin a couple of times in the past, but I was informed, and they apologized (I understand it happens occasionally). Please AVOID this groomer for your baby's sake! *UPDATE: When sent the review in order to give an opportunity to reach out and try to make it right I received a message with my address and an audio message stating "and that's all I got to say." read more

So happy I found this grooming service. Incredibly responsive and quick, was able to groom my cat the next day! I'm always happy with Winston's cut and the owner is so nice! My cat is very anxious and would come back from Petsmart terrified for the entire day after his grooming appointments, but with Bill, he's happy and content. You can tell he takes good care of every animal he works with. The price is fair considering the convenience, and finding a groomer who works well with cats where the wait isn't weeks is rare. Pet owners beware!! I do not recommend this service at all. Not a good experience for me, my golden retriever, or my husky. Experienced groomers know not to shave a retriever, yet this is exactly what happened calling it a summer cut. In addition to that the nail was cut too short on the husky that left him bleeding. After cancelling my appointment the first time, The dog groomer, Austin rescheduled for a later date. When he showed up, he said I need to supply him a towel to use on my dog. Maybe this is normal, but I thought it was odd. When he was done, I saw the worst hair cut my Pomeranian has ever had. Later I get a phone call saying your dogs collar is on my dog. I was wondering what happened to it. I contacted this groomer to make a grooming appointment for my two Shih Tsu. I live in Grand Prairie and noticed his business is relatively close in Mansfield about 15-20 minutes away. On the day of the appointment, he called me saying that I was too far away and he wouldn't be coming. I explained where I was locate, one block off the 20 freeway, still he refused. His refusal to accept credit cards or Zelle as payment for the service was concerning and should have been a red flag although the website clearly states credit cards are accepted. Nonetheless, I was able to secure the cash for the service. At NO time was he willing to accommodate my grooming appointment stating, if he came, he be late for other appointment. Had our two year old maltipoo have her very first grooming, after being turned away from PetSmarts groomers because she was too matted. We were told she'd need to be taken to a vet to be sedated to be groomed. Of course we didn't know what to do after that. He showed up ontime. He groomed my Chorkie to specifications and also deshedded my Lankenshire Terrier. He was very expedient and professional. Please be Aware of this company!!! I have a Husky/Chow mix named Bear, in this Texas heat I decided to have his outer coat trimmed. I asked this groomer to clean him up and to leave his face and tail alone. The Groomer shaved Bear down past his undercoat! There are two spots that have not grown back in the past 7 weeks. He was also asked to trim a Maltese named Cassie, my mother likes her to stay shorter than the normal cut of a Maltese. Instructions were to trim Cassie's face and have the body shaved with a #5 guard, as that is how her other groomer would trim Cassie's hair. The groomer in turn shaved her to the same length of Bear but left her face and her tail alone. I asked the owner to rectify this situation since I was unhappy with what he did, he said that if I leave a bad review that he will sick his lawyers on me. He didn't even offer an apology of any sort, just continued to throw threats my way. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the owner refuses to own up to his mistake and I feel other pet owners should be aware. His only solution was that since my dog was an inside dog, he would be fine. I can provide our full text conversations, as he refused to answer the phone when we called. read more

I recommend no one use this service. We set a appointment for grooming on Friday evening. Not only did he not show up, when we contact him he didn't accept responsibility. He said "maybe his I-pad messed up" and it wasn't his fault.
