He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. After we spoke, I did the math and did cided I didn't want to use my truck after all. So when I texted hi, I said we would use his truck. He shows up basically without a truck. I show him the text and he apologizes. Fair enough, as the phone conversation could be confusing since I changed my mind. We plan the move for the next day. No one shows in the morning. I called him around 8:30 asking when they would show up. He said around 11 and they would call me when they're on their way. Great. That time rolls around and nobody has done either. I try calling him for an update and it goes to a recording that he doesn't have a mailbox. I text him and get no response. I tried calling two more times throughout the day and he never picked up. I'd say that's one of the worst ways to treat your customers as it can get. Horrible experience.
