Dr. PC did a great job for me. I had dropped my laptop and it would not boot up. It gave me the…read moreblue screen of death and that was it. Even Google didn't help. I got a great quote for the work so decided to drop it off. A mere 3 hours later Dr. Pc called to tell me I was good to go! And sho nuf, the thing fired right back up and I got back to posting recipes on Pinterest! I now have "a guy" for all my future computer problems. I can't recommend Dr. PC well enough. Use him. Recently took my computer to Managed IT Solutions at the Cary location. It took them over a week to…read morefix my computer, they never called to inform me of what the issue was and what needed to be completed with an estimate. I went to pick up my computer and was shocked to receive a $270 bill. I spoke with Rob and was able to have the bill lowered by 10% but did not receive the discount until a few weeks later. I wish they would have contacted me with an estimate prior to completing the service, if I would have known it was going to be this expensive then I would have taken my business elsewhere.

T-Mobile is by far the worst mobile phone provider I have ever had in my life…read more I have reached out to them this last weekend multiple times and they have done nothing to resolve my issue. From over 20 failed calls in one day to texts not going through when I send them or receive them. My texts were delayed by 4 hours. I can't even tell you how many times I called T-Mobile this weekend. My situation was not resolved. Aside from that I spoke with some guy on the phone who used my personal information from my T-mobile account to email me from his personal email. Super creepy and by far the worst experience. Definitely not professional at all!!!
