5/5 Customer Service- The person at the front desk, I think his name was David, was very…read moreknowledgeable and helpful and able to get my car fixed in one day! 4/5 Repairs- The only reason I can't give 5 stars on the repairs is this, and if it's wrong on my part then I'll adjust it later, but first, let me state, the tire pressure indicator lights on my dashboard stopped working a while ago. The reason I say that will be made clear in a minute. Over the past week, my power steering light came on in my '09 Chevy Cobalt and I thought "No big deal, my mother's at WalMart, I'll ask her to pick me up a bottle of power steering fluid." So I did that, and I then I googled where to put the Power Steering Fluid in a '09 Cobalt, which I guess I should've done first because I discovered that you don't put power steering fluid in an '09 Cobalt, it's electronic, so I didn't need the bottle- lol. I also read that the '09 Cobalt had a recall a few years back over power steering issues, so I started getting really nervous. What I had going on by now was this, all the indicator lights on my dash had failed over the past few days and even my speedometer had stopped telling me how fast I was going, then, in addition, my car started driving like it was stuck in 3rd gear, it wouldn't go over 45 mph with my foot to the floor and the rpm meter reading almost in the red. But David called me back within a couple of hours and told me that what had happened was apparently mice had made a home under the hood of my car. It's approaching winter and my car is always parked outdoors so I'm actually surprised it's never happened before. But anyway, $800 and only a few hours later I get the call the car is ready to be picked up. i get in the car and start it and it sounds beautiful, all the dashboard indicator lights are fixed EXCEPT the tire pressure indicator light. Now I mentioned this had failed a while ago so I wasn't sure if maybe they considered is a separate issue, but we said to fix ALL our electronic indicator lights and for $800 I would think they should be included. If it's not then fine, we're very happy with the repairs, I just thought why wouldn't that be included as well?

    * PARTS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, CAUSING BINDING & POTENTIALLY PREMATURE WEAR. Parts missing after…read morecompletion! * I had front end, differential, and brake work done at various locations because I travel. When I began having issues, I took it to Pit Road and asked Dave to fix all of it, even though that meant paying labor again on parts under warranty. They rebuilt front end, differential work, axle bearings, new brakes all around, ball joints, tie rods, U-joints. * They sent out the warranty parts before I saw them, including the parts that were NOT warrantied. (Shoes with warped drums, pads with warped rotors) * They sent me out with new warped drums. Fixed that. I came back when I began having binding and noise and discovered no grease on several zerks and a zerk missing. * Dave denied culpability and had me tresspassed, claiming family emergency made them close for the day. * NOTE: 3rd family emergency in 5-6 weeks. First time, I rescheduled; 2nd time, he sent me for a wheel balance, told me to come back, and then sent his techs home. * Price gouging, including charged to inspect their own work and charging me for a diagnostic, even though they did the work. Very inflated hours & shop supplies. * Charged for a part that he guaranteed would fix my alignment issue but didn't. * Published my FULL credit card number on invoice. FACTA Violation. * DID NOT DOCUMENT MILEAGE FOR WARANTY on my paperwork. Says it's on his. * Broke driver running board stepping in or out of vehicle. * Scattered everything around the van on a test drive to the point of the bed coming off frame and fridge slid away from wall. * On 3rd visit, finally cleaned greasy fingerprints off driver door from 1st visit. * Dave repeatedly said the ONLY cause was "someone" was riding the brakes. I clearly established I do not, and i wanted him to figure out why the brakes had warped so quickly. * I had to make him remove snarky remark on the invoice placing blame on driver. * I complained of hub heat, but he never tested it when I brought it in hot. Test drove less than 15 miles when i said min of 25 to 50, so didn't test hot. Said they couldn't duplicate it. * Dave was condescending, argumentative, and eventually verbally abusive. He has talked over me, lied to me (* gave me a phone number to call for warranty work, but they say he's not in the system and they don't do my kind of warranties), called me names, refused to see me, defamed me when he had me tresspassed (said I am homeless), called me a liar, and accused me of fraud. Said the June 12 work and invoice is unrelated to my current issue from repairs on 05/26 (My bank recommended keeping both disputes open because if there are problems with the work on June 12, I would need to have the rear axle disassembled to inspect, but that would be the equivalent of doing the job over again, just to inspect. It is "seeping" at the differential cover, but not leaking).

I wanted to leave a high rating, but he never showed up for our appointment this morning. I called…read moreand left a voicemail then texted as well. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he got held up somewhere. So I decided to call him from our house phone. he picked up and gave me the excuse that his employee should've been here and he'll call me back. It's been a hour now! Why didn't he answer my text and phone calls but answer a different phone.cause he was avoiding me! I'm glad everybody else had a good experience, but unfortunately we did not! It has held up our entire morning! It is very unprofessional not to respond or call me back or at least text back saying that they apologize and would like to reschedule. Very unprofessional! I should've paid attention to the other reviews that said they didn't show up! Do NOT give him your business! Very unprofessional! They're are plenty of other detailing business in town
