I came in with a Samsung 5s that had a broken screen and had completely froze on me...I explained to Anthony that I was just trying to retrieve pictures from the device and didn't want the phone repaired. This place, is in the process of moving, from one store to another. They were able to meet me, and fix my phone. The screen was cracked and the audio didn't work. The battery also, wasn't holding, a charge. I previously, bought the battery from them, but it was 60 days, pass their warranty. Antoinette (the owner) was able to replace the battery. And take care of me. The audio now works and the screen is in top condition. It feels like I have a new phone. The gentlemen, who fixed my phone, was very patient and polite. My phone was in pretty bad shape for about a month, it got to a point where I was wrapping it with Saran Wrap just so the glass wouldn't cut me and the home button wouldn't pop out. But what can I say? Times are tough and I've never had to repair a cracked iPhone and I'll I've ever heard were vendors in the mall saying it costs about $90. I had messaged Mobile Fixerz like a week after I cracked my phone for a quote and they didn't give me a price just said "bring it in we love our yelpers." As someone who was more concerned with price, I wanted to know ahead of time what I needed to pay So I was a little apprehensive. Finally I decided to take it in. I Went on a hot Sunday afternoon with no appointment and luckily there was only one person ahead of me. The inside was air conditioned and they had coffee, cold water and free snacks available. The owner Antoinette greeted me and was very conscientious. She told me the standard price that includes a free tempered glass but I asked her if I was able to use the Yelp check in offer (which was a little lower than the price she named) and she honored it with no problem and still threw in the free tempered glass cover which was really nice. It took about an hour or a little under an hour so I went grocery shopping and came back and my phone was in mint condition! I was so happy with the outcome and Antoinette was good about making sure I checked if my phone worked and I had all my paperwork. The 2 young men in the shop were extremely nice & knowledgeable regarding cell phones (my particular problem) and I'm sure that carries over to computers, etc., stuff that's beyond my "pay grade." We came in with an IPhone 5s that had the screen break and had been wrongly fixed by someone else. The left edge of the screen was black and the top was burnt. We had mobile fixerz fix the screen problem in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix all of the phone's issues. The tech, who was very informative, explained the front face camera was also not working due to damaged cable. They ordered the piece to fix the cable and we came back in a week to have the issue quickly fixed! The staff was really friendly the first and second time. I took my iPhone for cracked screen for what I thought would have been a quick fix instead walked into a three week nightmare. First when they say oem. It's not oem so save your money. I requested oem screen and in the process they damaged my phone internally. I gave them 3 tries to fix my phone. I couldn't make phone calls. My speakers wouldn't work. The touch screen was way off rendering my iPhone useless. I took it to Apple and they said the damage done was unrepairable and with out insurance it would cost me 350 for a replacement. I took the bill and report back to the owner where they refused to pay for the bill. After literally one weeks fighting with them about they're responsibility to pay for they're damages the owner coughed up the money. Cause she was doing me a "favor". Honestly if the owner had good work ethic and knew her tech caused damaged to my phone then step up and provide solutions to your customers. Not leaving me without a phone for nearly three weeks. My intention was never to spend 350 for phone replacement simply a screen repair. So yes as a business they should have handled the situation better. Learned my lesson. Never go cheap and will simply always go straight to Apple for any repairs. read more

Had to visit MobileFixerz once again because I cracked my iPhone 6 screen once again. They were great as usual. Fixed my phone in about 20 minutes. I had a Yelp deal for $60 so that made things even better. Also, they have remodeled their office and it looks great! It's bright and clean. I found out that they now rent daily workspaces. If I needed a daily workspace I would go here. The owner was extremely nice and the tech who repaired my screen was great as well. They also have alkaline water for their guests. I stopped in here to see If they sells phone because the back of my iPhone 4s is cracked and it is interfering with my flash. I went to another place by target and they wanted $85 bucks. I figured it was just best to get a new phone. The guy here took my phone and put a used back on it that has a small crack but does mess up my flash, he hands my phone back to me and tells me to have a great day. I was having problems with the charging port on my phone. I went in on 9/5 to see if they could fix it and how much it would cost to be fixed. I was told since I have a gs 3 the part had to be ordered. And since that Monday was labor day, I would have to wait till Wednesday for it to get fixed. That wasn't a problem at all. I didn't mind the wait. Came back in on Wednesday, and was told that it would take 2 hours to fix. And that's exactly how long it took. Mando is very accurate about his information. My charging port works better then has before Im super thankful for that. The reason for 4 stars is because now my camera only works if its on the front. I didnt notice at first because I was just excited that my phone would charge. Until I tried to take a picture. I keep getting a little screen that says camera failed. I called this place because my iPhone 7 plus screen was completely cracked. The man over the phone quoted me $60. When I walked in, the guy up front told me it was going to cost $65, but he honored the $60 phone quote. He was able to fix my screen within the 30 min time frame. He was very nice and the place offered some kids coloring books and complimentary coffee and water. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the employee asked for my password and I wasn't comfortable giving it to him. Also, my home button kinda sticks out slightly. And the new glass they installed isn't as vibrant and bright as before. Overall, this place was the cheapest place. Other wanted to charge me $75-$130! So thats why I came here. Showed up there today and the place was closed. It was almost noon. The hours on the door say 9am to 7pm for monday through fridays. Tried calling both phone numbers on the front door, and just got answering machines from both. Had to leave. Now i'm at home, with no working phone still, writing this review. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Terrible service, and did not deliver the product as promised. I went in for a simple phone screen repair, they said they needed my password. I like many other people are skeptical of people using my password. I closed all of my apps on my phone before presenting it to them and when I received my phone my photos app was open. In other words, THEY WENT THROUGH MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS ALL OF MY DATA AND INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED AND BREACHED. The African-American gentleman with ear piercings was very rude, and short with me, he promised me a certain price, but his front desk worker tried to charge me a HIGHER PRICE by nearly 30 DOLLARS HIGHER. To top it all off when they were finished they said that my "phone speaker broke, and you cant hear unless its on speaker or had headphones". There was nothing wrong with my speaker at all, they purposely broke my speaker to get me to pay for it, so they could hustle me out of my money. They said it would take one hour but it took them two days to finish a simple phone screen repair, AND THEY BROKE MY PHONE SPEAKER, and WENT THROUGH MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS. Who knows what they did during this 48 hour period. Lastly, Google, notified me that someone had my GMAIL PASSWORD in SAN FRANCISCO and tried to sign in, but Google blocked the Log in. I truly believe that this was them because this has never happened to me! SO IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE SPEAKER TO BE BROKEN BY THEM TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY, IF YOU WANT YOUR PICTURES AND VIDEOS TO BE STOLEN AND LOOKED THROUGH, IF YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED A HIGHER PRICE THAN WHAT YOU WERE PROMISED, HUSTLED, AND BAMBOOZLED, AND DISRESPECTED THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I came in and explained to Chris that my iPhone 7 Plus was cracked n bleeding from the inside n wanted to kno how much they would charge me...... right away he gave me a price of $60 because of the size of my screen and that alone was music to my ears so I was asked to give them about 45 mins to an hr before it would be ready. I left my phone and ran some errands and returned to find that my phone was almost brand new again!
