I do not recommend this place! First the worker name Brian there is so very rude and he has bad customer service. The job that was done on my phone was very bad. I tried asking for a refund but he gave me a hard time. All I wanted was my same old damaged screen back and refund. The damaged screen was better than the one he replaced it with. He gave me such a hard time and on top of that he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I suggest if you want your phone to be repaired do not go there! Terrible customer service. Poor installation. Three days of normal use and the screen cracked again. The phone was never dropped. The guy said maybe somebody bumped into you. Sorry, the phone screen should not be so sensitive that if someone bumps into you, it cracks. Ridiculous. read more

Would give this place a 0 stars if possible. Took my phone which I will mention that although a galaxy s6 it was in an almost mint condition to get the battery replaced. This place butchered my phone. When we picked it up it was scratched at the back and the front was also messed up by the employee which we later found out was actually the manager of this establishment. They replace the back of the phone with a very cheap cover that he didn't even glue on properly because as soon as we got home it came apart. Also the battery that was replaced didn't work so the phone had to be taken back the next day so they could replace it and or fix their horrible job. When it was picked up the second time the back cover was even worse because now it was glued but with an extreme amount of glue that you can tell because the seems of the cover aren't completely sealed. To make things worse the employee/manager had the audacity to tell me that all I had to do was put it in a case and voala you couldn't even tell anymore. One thing they do good at this place is the ability to let you know if anything is wrong it was all your fault or your device...NOT THEM! I will NEVER EVER go to this place again! read more

I had a broken lcd on iphone 8 and charging port issues. The staff fixed it faster than what i would have expected. Most of the stores usually keep it for couple of days before you can pick it up. But these guys really value your time. Also they have a good variety of cases and acessories . This is a great spot if you want to get your phone fixed without the hassle of leaving it for too long. I dropped my phone while texting, even though it had a case, it dropped on the corner and surprise!! My screen was cracked. I gave them a call to get a price, it was very reasonable and I needed it same day, Simon said he can get it done within an hour. Anyways, I went there and have it fixed. It took little more than an hour but thats totally fine. They did a great job, my phones screen is prefect now. Simon even put a screen protector and didn't charge me for it!! I wish I could say I will be back but I hope I never will, lol!!
