I wasnt informed about the lack of water resistance at any point. The phone continued to function. I took it back to them and they said they will dry it out but the damage was already done. I wasnt informed given a slight attitude when i took the phone back after the incident. A few weeks after i got the white screen of death, i took it to a different repair shop and they informed the inside two cables were damaged and there was about 6 screws missing around the battery. I had to just get a new phone due to al the issues. So affordable prices, quick fix but quality is compromised. Repair was done in July of 2025, phone screens topped working 8 weeks later After I posted this review, the owner publicly responded by telling me not to "blame others for [my] own mistakes" and stating that he hoped I would not return. I have attached his response so customers can evaluate it themselves. My complaint remains about the physical condition of the phone following the repair. A different repair shop later identified two damaged internal cables and approximately six missing screws around the battery.

That's when they informed me that the phone was still attached to a payment plan on someone else's account. At the same time I took a phone for repair. They broke the screen, tore up the battery, and damaged some connectors inside. I walked in with a working phone and walked out with my phone In pieces. Thankfully I found a shop that was able to fix all of the damage and get my phone working $305 later. I told the worker SAL about what happened and his response was "I thought my tech knew how to fix phones". I told him what's done is done reimburse me for the damage that was done by the shop. He text me they would Zelle me the refund for the damage. They never send the refund so now I have to waste my time taking him to small claims. It's honestly not worth my time but it's about the principle of saying something will be done and then not doing it. I have the text where he acknowledges damaging it. He says he will get it paid for and he never did so wha was going to be $305 and everyone walks away fine now gets dragged out and fees get added to the small claim. Once I get paid the amount owed to me I will remove this review and go on my merry way.

If your phone gets wet they charge $40 to open it up. That money goes toward the repair if they're able to fix it. In my case they were not but they applied it to an unlocked phone. I just got my phone screen fixed here (iPhone 14 Pro) Best price and they're quick! Great service. That was my initial review. Here with an update. Apple users beware. I had issues with my screen and brought it in. The person who was there told me "well, you know it's not original right?"....first red flag. I came back when the owner was there and he was nice about it and gave me another screen to try and fix the issue. The screen didn't light up when I had notifications. We did everything. Updated the phone, changed a sensor, new screen. They said they've never encountered this issue and started giving me the run around and at some point blamed me. Eventually the owner agreed to a refund but he'd charge me for a low quality screen as a replacement. As a customer who came in, gave them $200 to fix an issue...they didn't deliver a working product or service. And I still had to pay for something less than I came in with. If you have Apple products and this happens to you, good luck! They blamed the new Apple software at some point too. read more

Since then, we've had multiple repairs done here, all with great results. I tend to shop around carefully, and his prices are consistently $50-$100 cheaper than anyone else you call in the area. I even compared his pricing to phone repair shops in Washington State while we were there this past summer, and Steven was still cheaper by at least $100 for a cracked screen replacement. After I shattered my phone screen, I refused to pay the inflated prices other shops were charging and waited an entire month until we returned from our business trip just so Steven could do the repair. That's how good his pricing is. On top of that, Steven went out of his way to be kind to my daughter--he gave her a free phone repair kit and an old phone to tinker with so she could explore whether she might be interested in that line of work. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Steven is genuinely kind, honest, and easy to work with.
