Had a terrible experience at this shop. The young man behind the counter did not ever tell me that the replacement parts used on my phone would not perform as OEM. When I realized my phone was not functioning as it should, he then presumptuously began to explain that the parts used were "cheap aftermarket parts" and actually called me stupid. Holding my phone hostage, he then forced me to pay $35 to reinstall my old screen back. Contacted them on yelp to get a quote on a screen replacement for my Samsung. They quoted me a good, competitive price. I went there during the week around noon so the mall wasn't busy at all. This store is located on the second floor next to the food court. Eric told me it would be 30 min. I shopped around so it was longer than that when I picked my phone back up. Looks brand new. My boyfriend needed his phone fixed so I sent him to this place. They fixed it really quick, all was good. But by the following night, the screen was not responding to touch again. So the next day he took it back & the guy put the old part back in his phone, & gave him his $100 back. I have been to this store about three times, not sure why my phone kept cracking, but they fix it well. I just find it to be just a little pricy. Ranging from 70 dollars. It also took them a little over 20 min to fix. The location was pretty hard to find as well as there were a lot of mobile fix stores in the mall. I took my phone in to replace a cracked screen in August, cost 270.00, took apx. 35 minutes to replace the screen. 28 days later (September 8), the screen is blacked out on me, I took the phone back to Mobile Fixx, they said it's a bad LCD, have to charge me 270.00 again for a defective screen only last for less than a month. read more

Honestly not very happy with the service. Flashlight was not working after repair. Glass on the back was still lifted. Glue was all over the place. Camera lens was scratched. 2 Star because cheap and fast, but also sketchy and bad service Told me it would take 25 minutes, took 1 hour. I had to give her my password which I didn't feel comfortable with but I did anyways. When I came to pick it up I asked for the free screen protector. I had to leave a 5 star review with zero details of service. She ended up grabbing my phone and leavening herself a review, I know terrible move on her part. BEWARE of this business! My husband took his iPhone here yesterday to get the glass on the camera replaced and the young lady working there did a HORRIBLE job. When replacing the camera glass, the girl doing the replacement SCRATCHED the phone in the area around the camera. It's not just one scratch, it was multiple and all around the edge of the camera glass. She even tried to cover it up by filling in the scratches with permanent marker!! When she told my husband the phone was ready, she immediately offered to put the case back on it so that he wouldn't see the scratches. He noticed it right away and told her and she didn't even offer to fix it or at least not charge him and still charged him $40! I understand people make mistakes but to not even offer to remedy the situation is the worst customer service a business can have. Ultimately that is why I decided to leave a review because of the failure to remedy the poor service. On top of all this it took 2.5 hours to get it "fixed" after she initially said 30-45 minutes. Got iPhone 7 screen replaced here about a month ago, so far the screen works fine, just that there are some other issues with my phone since the replacement. (1) the battery health was "Service" before screen replacement. After replacement, the battery drained MUCH faster than before. The owner claimed it was the battery issue. Well, it shouldn't have such a huge difference though... (2) the home button couldn't be pressed anymore unless I restart it. The owner claimed that he only unplugged the battery and replaced the screen, so malfunction home button had nothing to do with his work replacing the screen. However, one can easily tell that multiple parts need to be unplugged in order to replace the screen from any YouTube iPhone screen replacement video. So...? (3) phone calls- it would get cut off in the middle of phone calls and buzzing sounds would be heard, and sometimes no sound can be heard when calling someone. Furthermore, the phone wouldn't ring anymore when someone called and all calls were missed (the sound was ON so it's not because of the vibration mode). Essentially, just couldn't use this as a phone for simple phone calls... The phone worked completely fine BEFORE screen replacement. Yes the battery drained a bit faster but definitely NOT as fast as after replacing the screen. The screen still works fine (though may drains the battery out more), hence the 2 star. But then all kinds of problems happening all at once after replacing the screen?? Could it be coincidence that THESE MANY parts malfunctioning AFTER replacing the screen?? I don't know. I have no proof showing these got bad because of the screen replacing work performed, neither do I have proof showing they are not related at all means. Just simply sharing my experience after the screen replaced here. Just keep in mind that similar problems could happen to your phone due to screen replacement at this location (or any other places??)... read more
