I decided to bypass buying a refrigerator from BestBuy and instead found Mobile Appliance. I met with Glen Hite and within 30-45 minutes, we had found a model we were happy with. He was extremely helpful and made the process extremely easy. He called and updated every step of the way. There was a significant wait time due to delays related to COVID but this was expected. The refrigerator actually arrived sooner than anticipated and the men who arrived to deliver and set up the refrigerator were amazing! They called beforehand to ensure we had power (Hurricane Zeta) and showed up in a timely fashion for the delivery/installation. They were very careful navigating the refrigerator through the house and handled the installation with great care. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism we experienced using Mobile Appliance. Now that everything is up and running, I have peace of mind that I am in good hands! I honestly cannot recommend them enough. PS - The showroom is very nice and actually gave my wife and I some ideas for future projects. Do yourself a favor and go see what they have to offer!

He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones.
