There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. I also experienced really prompt phone calls once the appraiser started taking my car apart so I could get things going with the insurance right away (they knew I was in a time crunch, and would have a baby only a few weeks theaccident!). Bought a 2019 Jeep Compass from them in Jan 2024 and the touch screen (which controls climate, seat and wheel warmers, and all media) went out in May 2024. I had purchased a warrantee and started the process. I called every week to see when the part would arrive. On Oct 15th 2024 I was told there was a tracking number for the part and it should arrive on Oct 21. Called on the 24th and was told there is no ETA and no tracking number. Tried to call again on Nov 15th and the shop/dealership had been permanently closed along with the corporate office.

They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
