As a nurse myself, I'm severely disappointed in the Care I received during my time of need and autoimmune flare up. My nurse showed up nearly 30 minutes late, and decided to run the IV at double the speed in less than 30 minutes so that she could leave on time. In addition, they left out the glutathione that I requested. And she also failed to administer the free vitamin add-on for the first time patient service. Customer service said they would get back to me however nearly one week later, I had to reach out multiple times. Only to be met with a lousy 10% discount for my next service. No offer to refund for the negligent service that was provided for healthcare reasons. And no offer to redo the poorly run IV administration April the assistant manager did nothing to amment the situation which is extremely disappointing. As someone who typically only uses yelp for positive reviews, I feel people should be warned about the poor service they provide. USE ANY OTHER IV COMPANIES INSTEAD OF THIS ONE.
