Yesterday morning, I was severely dehydrated and very sick. I initially called a different company, but they were unable to obtain a blood pressure reading with their monitor and declined to treat me. I felt incredibly discouraged when they left, as I was still in significant pain and unable to keep fluids down. My husband searched again and found your company. The nurse arrived quickly, and thankfully, her equipment was able to get an accurate blood pressure reading. I am so grateful for the care I received. I have a history of bradycardia that worsens with dehydration, and I could barely move when she arrived. She treated me with true compassion and professionalism during a very vulnerable moment. I was extremely sick and unfortunately did not retain her name, I apologize for that, but her kindness stood out. At one point, I asked my husband to cover my cold feet with a blanket, and she immediately said, "No, I can do that -- he's busy with the kids." It was such a small gesture, but it meant a great deal. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to. I am still recovering today but feeling dramatically better thanks to her care. I have so much gratitude for Mobile IV Nurses for coming to the rescue last week... I woke up on Friday morning feeling a bit off with a headache and nausea and it got progressively worse over time -- eventually to a place where I had to lie down and couldn't even bring myself to get out of the house to urgent care. I'll spare the additional details, but as a result, I reached out to Mobile IV Nurses upon the suggestion of Crystal F and Rae T. They were prompt with their communication on the phone and via text, and Nurse Shannon was at my house within a couple of hours. She was such a lifesaver... Shannon had an incredible bedside manner, listened to my symptoms, checked my blood pressure, blood oxygen level, and asked some additional general questions about my health, and then administered an IV while I was comfortable in my own bed. She kept me calm with just the right amount of conversation throughout her visit. Due to my symptoms, she added some magnesium, zofran, and toradol to the Meyer's Cocktail. I felt like a different person afterwards and could finally stomach some gatorade and pretzels. I woke up the next day feeling much better as well. My neighbors unfortunately picked up a case of covid just before Christmas. I came home one evening and saw a the mobility nurse in front of their house and my heart sunk. I messaged her to make sure they were okay. Her BFF happens to be a Physicians assistant and is involved in a few health groups who converse on social media. The IV with vitamins and minerals was recommended upon first onset of symptoms. Since her husband tested positive he got the Meyer Plus. Because she hadn't tested positive yet but knew it was coming she had the regular Meyers done. Now everyone is different and they probably had the Omicron varient as mild of the 4 of 5 of them got it, but they felt it really helped. In July my high risk mom who had her 2 shots contracted covid. Then This month she got covid again. It had been since June when she had her last shot and she just had a cold so hadn't gotten her booster yet. I was scared for her health so I had the Moble IV Nurse come to her house to give her a dose of Meyer Plus. They also have covid testing. People use healthy IVs for many things. This was just the cases we had used them for. I never knew anything out there was like this so I thought I would share. I cannot recommend this business enough. They have absolutely saved me on 2 occasions, once from a hangover and once from a stomach bug. One thing I cannot handle is being nauseous and vomiting and this service made it go away completely within 20 minutes. Both times I utilized the service I scheduled through their website and they were there within 40 minutes. The medics/nurses who showed up were extremely caring and recommended exactly what I needed. I was so sick the first time I didn't even care about the price, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that even after adding in Zofran, it only came to $120 before the tip. That is way cheaper than going to an emergency room and you get to do this within the comfort of your own home. 10/10 best thing you can do when feeling ill. I've had good experiences with Mobile IV Nurses before but this was an exception. First, I scheduled a 7:00 pm visit offered on their website and then received a text the 'next available appointment' wasn't until 8:30 the following day. Don't advertise if you cannot fulfill the stated appointment!! Second, the nurses kept pushing extra treatments and vitamins despite my making clear I was not interested. Just what I need when I feel like crap; an aggressive sales pitch. I also find it in extremely poor taste that when they run your card, it asks for a tip. I'm already paying you for the service. Are you not paying these people enough? NOT my problem. Third, they told me I could not smoke in my OWN HOUSE because they were non smokers. I'm not paying you to tell me what I can do in my own home! My bedroom has a patio right outside the door. Understand I am PAYING YOU. Finally, they did not introduce themselves by name at any point nor had any sort of caring manner about them. Very disappointed by this visit. You need to require that your providers at least tell you their names! Very unprofessional on each level I addressed. Because they did not tell me their names, I can only describe them as one African American woman and one African American man. The man was dressed in shorts and a tee shirt and the woman had tight loudly colored leggings. Neither inspired confidence in their capability as medical professionals based on their appearance. Sorry, but that STILL does matter to some people. Scrubs would be a better choice or just dress like you didn't just roll out of the club. read more

I've called on them in the past when I've needed them, so when I was struggling with severe nausea and pain 2 days after back surgery, I knew they were the ones to count on. I love mobile IV services and I use them almost monthly since I get run down traveling for my job. I tried to new company and their process was different. The nurses that I get from my other company are warm and friendly. This time I had a strange vibe. I didn't get to see them put the vitamins and minerals in my bag for the Myers, which was odd. My current regular IV company (not this one) brings a cooler and I see everything that goes in during my session. I love the convenience, but personality and being comfortable with the people coming into my home is important. I think I will pass on using the company in the future. read more
