So I lost a significant amount of business that I can never get back. The second person they sent out admitted that he did know how to fix the problem, and did not know his way around a Mac either. Another wasted hour. There were then supposed to send out yet another technician to fix the problem, but then they called me at the 11th hour to tell me that he would not be coming because the bottom line was, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANYONE CAPABLE OF FIXING IT -- the complete opposite of what they told me when I first called them. So, I lost the ability to get someone else in here who actually knows what they are doing. It was a complete circus.
